Excellent company with exceptional service. They are very helpful, friendly and professional. I have used them for the past 5 years.
We have been using Park and Fly for a number of years. The service is second to none. We have an older car and at times we have had mechanical issues. The team are great at contacting us and resolving the issues with us so that when we land our car is there and sorted. On one occasion they even leant us their car to go and get our spare key. The prices are probably one of the cheapest out there and they will cover both Murcia and Alicante airports.
Fantastic service, just pulled up at airport, someone there to take the car for us, and there on our return. Brilliant, definately recommend them and will definately be using them again. Thank you

I definitely recommend park and fly Murcia. I used them recently (Sep 2023) and cannot fault their excellent service. While my car was parked with them my travel plans changed and I had to alter the parking reservation. I e mailed my request to their team and that afternoon received a phone call from Pedro. He organised everything and reassured me my request was accommodated. I had to change my collection time at the very last moment ( the night before) this was no problem for the Park and Fly Murcia team. Pedro e mailed me again and once more changed the collection time for me. My car was returned on time and was spotless inside and out. I was very pleased with their customer service and flexibility, even at the last minute, I would definitely recommend them. 5 star service.
We used Park and Fly in August for the first time and were very satisfied with the service we received. Pedro was waiting for us at the drop off point, and was fantastic. Handing the car over was quick and efficient, and he even spotted some damage I didn't even know about. On returning back, he was there spot on time, and the car was freshly cleaned. We are using Park and Fly again without fail, and would highly recommend them.
Brilliant service. I changed to Parkandfly a few years ago from another company. What a difference. Car is always clean on return. Prompt drop off and pick up collection. Staff really friendly and helpful. Can't fault them. Highly recommended.
