Drivalia Mobility Store - Murcia. Airport in Valladolises y Lo Jurado

Completely rigid, leaving us stranded and offering no help at all - whilst we had a 6 month old baby with us. They would not take a new booking from us even though we were willing to pay for it. Really bizarre policy about only taking a deposit on a credit card, not a debit card, OF EUR2000!!! Which we were not warned about in advance when booking, and they were not flexible about whatsoever, and the only alternative was to pay another EUR100. We don't have or need a credit card?! Really sneaky practises as we took out additional cover via the broker, but the deposit was apparently for 'additional cover'. This was, again, all whilst we were waiting with our 6 month old baby who was as obviously tired and hungry. We will be making a formal complaint as it was unacceptable.

The 4x4 car provided had a broken mirror and slight dent on the door. However, we asked for this to be noted as we pointed it out and took a video of the car as well as photographs, thankfully as this showed time and date!! On returning the car, we were challenged about the broken mirror and dent on the door by a really rude and obnoxious man who did not believe that we did not do this damage. Spoilt the end of our holiday as his attitude and behaviour was appalling to us. Lesson learned though, get a full written and signed report of the car before you drive off.

The Drivalia van was waiting when we got out of the airport building and a 5 mins drive took us to the car hire compound. After the usual try by them to get you to buy their expensive cdw insurance we got a very nice, new & nippy Mitsubishi Colt and we're on our way. No problems with the car, the return was smooth as well, they weren't conmen looking for imaginary damage and we were back at the airport in no time. Would recommend these people and will use them again.

Leased a car for 11 days in Sep-23. Quick efficient service. Good car - had a few dents but they were all marked already on the paperwork. Advised by the guys on site to take a video of the car before leaving - which was great advice but ultimately not required. Pick-up and drop off service was great too. Drivalia are my new 'go to' car hire provider at Corvera. Will definitely be using them again.

These guys are just great. Short shuttle bus ride from the airport to collect the car (5min) , staff courteous and very helpful - they do not hassle you over insurance and after a quick check when you return the car - you are on your way. Perfect rental. Have used a few times now and will do so for our next 2 getaways this year

First expierence with Leasys are good. Waiting time for shuttle bus few minutes. Rental car office is just 3 minutes from airport. Car on good condition but not so clean outside. Staff nice. Prices for rent 2 times higher then on Alicante. Beware to not agree for late check out suplement (40 euro) if You are waiting outside airport for bus before 10 p.m. but at the desk office You are after 10 p.m.
