Reservamos un coche durante el pasado fin de semana y la verdad que la atencion recibida por Manuel fue excepcional!! Estabamos alojados en el Hotel NH, al lado de la feria de exposiciones de Valladolid, y Manuel se ofrecio recogernos para acercarnos a su oficina ya que era la primera vez que visitabamos Valladolid. Alquilamos un coche Peugeot 208, gasolina, y practicamente nuevo. Quedamos encantados con el servicio recibido, sin duda, repetiremos cuando volvamos a Valladolid.
We reserved a car last weekend and the truth is that the attention received by Manuel was exceptional!! We were staying at the NH Hotel, next to the Valladolid exhibition fair, and Manuel offered to pick us up to go to his office since it was the first time we visited Valladolid. We rented a Peugeot 208 car, gasoline, and practically new. We were delighted with the service received, without a doubt, we will repeat when we return to Valladolid.

Contratar el alquiler del vehiculo con VuelaCar ha sido una experiencia EXCELENTE. Viajamos a Valladolid en avion el dia 2 de noviembre 2020 (festivo en Castilla y Leon). Necesitabamos un coche para viajar a Zamora, y ninguna de las companias "mas conocidas" tenia disponibilidad. Contacte con VuelaCar y me atendio Manuel, y desde el primer momento me dijo que no me preocupara, que trataria de buscar una solucion. Finalmente y pese a ser festivo, consiguio que una persona viniera a buscarnos al aeropuerto a la hora que aterrizaba nuestro avion con el coche de alquiler, nos lo entrego y pudimos viajar a Zamora ese mismo dia. La entrega del vehiculo tambien la pudimos realizar en el aeropuerto el dia de retorno, lo cual facilito infinitamente las cosas y nos permitio ahorrarnos el dinero de los trayectos en taxi desde el centro de Valladolid al aeropuerto y viceversa. La atencion ha sido impecable, y el precio muy economico. Repetire sin duda, ya no me planteo utilizar otra compania en Valladolid.
Hiring the vehicle rental with VuelaCar has been an EXCELLENT experience. We traveled to Valladolid by plane on November 2, 2020 (holiday in Castilla y Leon). We needed a car to travel to Zamora, and none of the "best-known" companies had availability. I contacted VuelaCar and Manuel helped me, and from the first moment he told me not to worry, that he would try to find a solution. Finally, despite it being a holiday, he managed to get a person to come pick us up at the airport at the time our plane landed with the rental car, he gave it to us and we were able to travel to Zamora that same day. We were also able to deliver the vehicle at the airport on the day of return, which made things infinitely easier and allowed us to save money on taxi trips from the center of Valladolid to the airport and vice versa. The service has been impeccable, and the price very affordable. I will repeat without a doubt, I am no longer considering using another company in Valladolid.
