Mala atencion, mucha espera, el coche que me dieron empezo a fallar a los 200km no me resolvieron, coche de reposicion inferior al contratado y con mas 120000km

Poco satisfecho con esta Empresa. El personal es amable y trabaja bien pero las politicas de empresa son lamentables. En un principio el precio era correcto por el renting de una furgoneta pero me la entregaron con un fallo en el deposito de AdBlue y esto me ocasiono gastos y contratiempos por mas de 300EUR que tuve que asumir, ya que en fin de semana no te solucionan nada. Tras explicar lo sucedido y solicitar algun tipo de compensacion solo obtuve negativas. Tuve que hacerme cargo de desplazarme a otra delegacion para conseguir otra furgoneta perdiendo asi una manana de trabajo. Si bien no tengo quejas de la comercial que me atendio, no volvere a trabajar con Northgate
Not very satisfied with this company. The staff is friendly and works well but the company policies are regrettable. At first the price was correct for renting a van but they delivered it to me with a fault in the AdBlue tank and this caused me expenses and setbacks of more than EUR300 that I had to assume, since on the weekend I couldn't They solve nothing. After explaining what happened and requesting some type of compensation I only got negatives. I had to take charge of traveling to another delegation to get another van, thus losing a morning of work. Although I have no complaints from the salesperson who assisted me, I will not work with Northgate again.
Seguro que lamentan lo ocurrido, como en las demas resenas, jajaja , los operarios muy educados , la recepcionista un poco antipatica,Se me parte una pieza de 5 cm x1cm del chasis culpa mia. Bordillazo! La llevo a northgate( es suya) y despues de 2 horas llamo a ver que tal y me dicen que ya esta! Voy y la pieza de la imagen sigue igual, me dicen que han aprovechado para hacer la revision de 25 puntos, ( se os a olvidado el 26) la vuelvo a llevar y me cambia la pieza en media hora( perfecto) pero sigue estando rotoalgo, el volante no regresa, cruje la direccion.....y me dicen que esta todo perfecto, tuve que volverme a madrid jugandone el tipo, pero viendo las resenas que teneis....no me extrana No hace falta meterme en ningun enlace, teneis mis datos y mi telefono, gracias por todo.

I took it to Northgate (it's theirs) and after 2 hours I called to see how it was and they told me it was done! I go and the piece in the image remains the same, they tell me that they have taken the opportunity to do the 25-point check, (you forgot the 26) I take it back and they change the piece in half an hour (perfect) but something is still broken , the steering wheel doesn't return, the steering creaks.....and they tell me that everything is perfect, I had to go back to Madrid playing with the guy, but seeing the reviews you have...I'm not surprised I don't need to go to any link, you have my information and my phone number, thank you for everything.
