Esta empresa que se dedica a enganar a la gente. Los trabajadores tienen la obligacion de buscar cualquier estupida razon como que tienes sobrepeso, tu licencia de conduccion no es valida o que no aceptan tu tarjeta para no darte el coche. Van a decirte que lo sienten mucho y no te van a dar ninguna solucion, que hables con atencion al cliente. El telefono de atencion al cliente no funciona, asi que puedes estar durante horas esperando, que no te van a dar ni el coche ni te van a devolver el dinero. Una empresa muy poco etica, me daria verguenza ganarme la vida asi...
This company that is dedicated to deceiving people. The workers have the obligation to look for any stupid reason such as that you are overweight, your driver's license is not valid or that they do not accept your card to not give you the car. They are going to tell you that they are very sorry and they are not going to give you any solution, so you should talk to customer service. The customer service phone does not work, so you can wait for hours, they will not give you the car nor will they return your money. A very unethical company, I would be ashamed to make a living like this...
FUNCIONAMIENTO Y ATENCION DEPLORABLES! Hace mas de 6 meses alquilamos un coche, cosa que hacemos habitualmente en diversas companias, y tras cerrar el parte una vez devuelto sin danos, al dia siguiente se nos hace un cargo de 460 euros en concepto de danos en una luna. Intentamos contactar con ellos por algun medio que no fuese un 902 y no hubo manera. Al primer mail nos contestaron 1 mes despues. Como no, tuvimos que ir a sus oficinas, con la consiguiente perdida de tiempo que ello supone en una ciudad de las dimensiones de Madrid. Por resumir: el empleado con el que cerramos el parte sin danos admitio que habia sido un error por su parte, pero luego casualmente dicho papel con su firma y la nuestra se habia extraviado, y solo existia uno sin nuestra firma. Sigue pasando el tiempo y nadie nos ingresa el dinero ni nos llama ni nada. Se suceden varias llamadas por nuestra parte en las que siempre nos dan largas y tambien otras visitas a las oficinas (ademas de tiempo tambien se pierde dinero en los desplazamientos). Pasan los meses, por telefono siempre quedan en llamarnos, lo promete el encargado de turno, siempre muy comprensivos con su tono de voz de preocupacion pero NADIE devuelve la llamada NUNCA. Siguen pasando los meses....en una de las ultimas llamadas nos dicen que ya se nos hizo el ingreso, que si no tenemos constancia que hablemos con nuestro banco, que sera problema nuestro. Pierde tiempo otra vez, ahora llamando al banco y nada, obviamente sin rastro del ingreso. Llamadas otra vez a OK rent a car -ah pues debe haber sido un error, lo gestiono y le digo algo-. Nadie devuelve la llamada....y sigue pasando el tiempo...empezamos noviembre y asi seguimos. Como empresa un CERO en atencion al cliente es poco, se echan la culpa unos departamentos a otros y unos empleados a otros pero nadie da solucion. Cada vez que le cuentas el problema al departamento con el que te pasan les falta jurarte que no van a dormir hasta que lo resuelvan pero luego ni siquiera te devuelven la llamada como ellos mismos te han dicho que haran. Eso ya, mas que falta de profesionalidad es falta de educacion. Y en fin....que manana tenemos ya cita en la OCU para poner en marcha un proceso que sera lento, pero necesario cuando solo das con personas INCAPACES y empresas LADRONAS, porque quedarse con dinero que no es tuyo es un ROBO. Gracias Ok rent a car....parece que nos queda historia para rato.
DEPLORABLE OPERATION AND CARE! More than 6 months ago we rented a car, something we usually do in various companies, and after closing the report once it was returned without damage, the next day we were charged 460 euros for damage to a window. We tried to contact them by some means other than 902 and there was no way. They responded to the first email 1 month later. Of course, we had to go to their offices, with the consequent loss of time that this entails in a city the size of Madrid. Time continues to pass and no one gives us the money or calls us or anything. There are several calls on our part in which we are always delayed and also other visits to the offices (in addition to time, money is also lost in travel). Months go by, they always agree to call us on the phone, the manager on duty promises, always very understanding with their worried tone of voice but NO ONE EVER returns the call. The months continue to pass....in one of the last calls they tell us that the deposit has already been made, that if we do not have proof we should talk to our bank, which will be our problem. He wastes time again, now calling the bank and nothing, obviously without a trace of the income. Calls again to OK rent a car -ah well it must have been a mistake, I'll manage it and tell him something. No one returns the call....and time continues to pass...we start November and so we continue. As a company, ZERO customer service is not enough, some departments blame others and some employees blame others but no one provides a solution. Every time you tell the problem to the department they call you, they have to swear that they won't sleep until they solve it, but then they don't even call you back like they themselves have told you they will. That's more than a lack of professionalism, it's a lack of education. And anyway... tomorrow we have an appointment at the OCU to start a process that will be slow, but necessary when you only find INCAPATABLE people and THIEF companies, because keeping money that is not yours is THEFT. Thanks Ok rent a car...it seems like we have a story left for a while.
we got a flat tire and the assistance suggest us to change a car at this stop, staff was very friendly and being very helpful, though the new one really need a car wash but we're grateful to have a replacement smoothly. however not sure if that's how it works in Spain, they never check the car condition with us and the whole check-in & check-out process is very... casual. hope this won't be a problem.
Especialmente en la oficina del aeropuerto de Valladolid UN AUTENTICO DESASTRE! Desorganizados, en temporada alta se quedan sin coches cambiandotelos por los que reservas (incluso furgonetas) , el trato y la atencion . Sin poderte solucionar cualquier duda. Transmiten a los clientes malestar y negatividad. No volveremos a utilizarlo

Alquile un vehiculo por internet con la cobertura del seguro a todo riesgo, lleguando a mi destino que fue Valladolid, me hicieron pagar otro seguro que era de asistencia en carretera por que supuestamente el que contrate a todo riesgo, no entraba, lo contrate pensando que pasara lo que pasara me cubriria, mi decepcion fue que me paso un percance con la bateria del vehiculo y se me descargo, sin contar con ello, me querian cobrar la recarga de la misma. Moraleja, no sirve de nada que contrates seguro a todo riesgo con ellos ya que no especifica en ninguna parte el que entra y que no entra, y se sacan de la manga cualquier cosa para poder cobrate y sacarte dinero de donde sea. Ojo con esta compania, jamas contratare nada con ellos
I rented a vehicle online with comprehensive insurance coverage, arriving at my destination which was Valladolid, they made me pay another insurance that was for roadside assistance because supposedly the one I contracted for comprehensive insurance did not cover it, I contracted it thinking that Whatever happens would cover me, my disappointment was that an accident happened to me with the vehicle's battery and it was discharged, without counting on it, they wanted to charge me for recharging it. Moral of the story, it is of no use to take out comprehensive insurance with them since they do not specify anywhere who enters and who does not enter, and they will do anything up their sleeve to be able to charge you and get money from you from wherever. Be careful with this company, I will never contract anything with them
