Entregan el deposito por la mitad y requieren que se devuelva igual o vacio. Creo que en ningun momento se han cuestionado como impacta esto al cliente, esta claro que no han probado el producto que venden para evaluar la experiencia del usuario. El tema de la gama de coche alquilado vs entregado mejor ni lo toco.
They deliver the deposit in half and require it to be returned the same or empty. I believe that at no time have they questioned how this impacts the customer, it is clear that they have not tested the product they sell to evaluate the user experience. I don't even touch on the issue of the range of rented vs delivered car.

A pesar de reservar y pagar el coche por la manana para recogerlo a las 16h, me dicen que no tienen disponibilidad, finalmente me consiguieron uno que trajeron de no se donde y tuve que esperar tres horas. Ese mismo dia, de camino a Madrid me dice que falta aceite, y despues se apagan todos los sistemas electronicos. El servicio de asistencia en carretera no responde y en los telefonos de National tampoco, tuve que hacer 140km con el coche en malas condiciones hasta un centro de National. Ni una simple disculpa. Mientras esperaba por el coche, llego gente a recoger coches reservados, pero les decian que no tenian. Alquilo varios coches al ano, pero con esta empresa nunca mas
