En mi caso bastante satisfecha, tuve que ir concatenando el alquiler de varios vehiculos en semana y media. Ofrecen buena gama respecto de la seleccion previa que reserve, en los 3 alquileres. Solo tuve un pequeno problema con el deposito de gasolina al devolver uno de ellos que tras aclaracion, desde la propia oficina gestionaron la devolucion del cargo indebido.

He alquilado varias veces con ellos, incluso alquilar hasta 3 semanas el mismo vehiculo. El trato es impecable por las 4 personas que alli se encuentran, el estado de los vehiculos es nuevo, con muy pocos Kms y muy limpios. El precio es ajustado y bastante bueno si reservas por su pagina.

HACE 15 dias que alquile un coche en Valladolid, y hacen exactamente 15 dias que estoy llamando porque aun no me han devuelto la fianza y me parece vergonzoso este retraso, cuando ya alquile mil coches en otra compania y nunca me ha pasado eso y lo peor de todo es que no te dan solucion alguna nunca. ES LA PRIMERA Y ULTIMA VEZ .

mala experiencia con ellos, tuve un vehiculo averiado y una tal Conchi no contestaba el telefono, rechazaba las llamadas continuamente sin atenter ni dar ninguna respuesta. Despues de quedarme sin el vehiculo y sin dinero Marco se ofrecio a darme una compensacion la cual meses despues sigue sin llegar ni si quiera a dar la cara.

When we broke down recently, our insurers organised a hire car for us to be collected from Hertz Valladolid. It was a stressful time for us, but the 2 ladies at the office were absolutely lovely and made sure that we were happy with everything. The car that we were provided with was great and we all got home safely. Thank you.
My experience with Hertz in Valladolid was really negative, and I would not recommend it to anyone. Negative Points: The website is not working. The staff was really rude and discourteous. It was difficult to communicate with the lady. She did not provide clear instructions, and even raised her voice when I asked for more info once that I booked the car. They do not well indicate where to find the car and neither where to leave after your using it. They don't speak English. The car was clean internal, the only positive thing. In conclusion, due to the rude stuff and various issues encountered, I do not recommend this rental car at all. I do not think that this location reflects the Spanish environment. Moreover, I think that rude people should not work with customers.
I am really disapointed with this service, more than a month that I gave car back, all good. I am still waiting for my deposit to come back. Not only that, their costumer service hasn't come back with a repkly in a whole week. Not recomemded at all
Staff are always great. Cars are always good!
