Son unos incompetentes, ya que en el mes de junio mi coche fue chocado y mi mutua me facilito un coche de sustitucion de esta empresa, al finalizar el tiempo del coche de sustitucion, un mes despues recibo un cargo a mi cuenta de telpark en donde el dicho coche hizo la utilizacion de un parking por varios dias y por una cantidad elevada, me he contactado con ellos y me han dicho que no pueden hacer nada porque no tienen los datos del cliente el cual tiene el coche en esa fecha, lo cual me parece inaudito porque toda empresa para sus ventas o alquileres en este caso deben tener una base de datos para cualquier situacion y en este caso seria de hacerle el cargo a la persona que hizo utilizacion de este coche y no a mi que no lo he utilizado.

Son unos sinverguenzas alquile un coche el coche perfecto casi nuevo todo bien pero cuando fui a recogerlo la ultima vez me dije ron que habia una fianza de 500 euros y bueno vale pero esta vez la fianza era de 800 en lo cual me parecia un abuso tenia a las 10 para recoger el coche en lo cual llegue tarde como a las 11.50 lo cogi y el dia de la devolucion lo devolvi a las 13.00 la chica de la oficina me dijo que esta a dentro del margen de devolucion y ahora an pasado 18 dias no me an devuelto la fianza aun y encima me dicen que devolvi el coche por la tarde que es mentira me cobran 50 euros de un dia a mayores y sigo sin recivir mi fianza en fin son unos impresentables no recomiendo para nada el trato recivido y encima me dicen obligado que en la encuesta ahy que poner buena servicio, buen servicio los cojones no vuelvo mas ni de cona en mi vida

Alquile un coche hace una semana y lo entregue hoy. El vehiculo, impecable. Funciono perfecto. Pero no se si es que el personal esta muy quemado o es politica de la compania, pero tanto a la entrega como en la devolucion, el trato fue bastante brusco y serio. Un poco mas de amabilidad y una sonrisa para el cliente siempre se agradece.
