Llevo desde el 3 de octubre esperando a que desbloqueen una cantidad que abone como solicitud de reserva. Me cancelaron la reserva porque no habia vehiculos disponibles pero no puedo disponer de MI DINERO porque AVIS no desbloquea la operacion. Me parece una panda de sinverguenzas y unos impresentables.
I have been waiting since October 3 for an amount that I paid as a reservation request to be unlocked. They canceled my reservation because there were no vehicles available but I cannot have MY MONEY because AVIS does not unlock the operation. They seem like a bunch of scoundrels and unpresentable people to me.
Necesitaba informacion sobre una factura de un vehiculo alquilado en Reino Unido y acudi a la oficina de AVIS en Valladolid (Junto a la estacion de Renfe) Fui atendido por Azucena y he de reconocer que es una gran profesional que me resolvio todas mis dudas y me facilito toda la informacion que necesitaba. Total desorganizacion y cobros indebidos en Avis Valladolid: ESTAFA A LOS CLIENTES Mi experiencia con Avis Valladolid ha sido completamente insatisfactoria y frustrante. Acudi a esta sucursal para alquilar un vehiculo, el cual, para mi sorpresa, no estaba disponible a pesar de tener una reserva confirmada. Tras informarme de la situacion, el personal me proporciono un numero de telefono para cancelar la reserva sin coste alguno, dado que el vehiculo nunca fue alquilado. Sin embargo, y para mi total desconcierto, tres dias despues me encontre con un cargo de 200EUR en mi cuenta sin justificacion alguna. He iniciado un proceso de reclamacion por la via judicial, pues la oficina de Avis Valladolid se ha desentendido completamente, mostrando una falta de responsabilidad y transparencia alarmante. Esta experiencia ha sido no solo un inconveniente, sino tambien un claro ejemplo de mala gestion y pobre servicio al cliente. Adviento a futuros clientes reconsiderar su eleccion antes de enfrentarse a una situacion similar. Es inaceptable que una empresa de este calibre maneje las reservas y los cobros de esta manera tan arbitraria.
Total disorganization and improper charges at Avis Valladolid: SCAMING CUSTOMERS My experience with Avis Valladolid has been completely unsatisfactory and frustrating. I went to this branch to rent a vehicle, which, to my surprise, was not available despite having a confirmed reservation. After informing me of the situation, the staff provided me with a telephone number to cancel the reservation free of charge, since the vehicle was never rented. However, to my total bewilderment, three days later I found a charge of EUR200 on my account without any justification. I have started a claim process through judicial means, since the Avis Valladolid office has completely ignored it, showing an alarming lack of responsibility and transparency. This experience has been not only an inconvenience, but also a clear example of poor management and poor customer service. Advise future clients to reconsider their choice before facing a similar situation. It is unacceptable that a company of this caliber handles reservations and collections in such an arbitrary manner.
Son unos TIMADORES: Os recomiendo no alquilar jamas en esta compania. Pero si lo haceis, haced video y fotos al vehiculo y comprobar los danos con el personal, antes de coger y despues de dejar el vehiculo. Yo pedi revisar el vehiculo con el personal de la oficina y me dijeron que no era necesario, tampoco que me dieran el documento de entrega y al final me imputaron unos danos al vehiculo que yo no he cometido. Esto ha ocurrido en julio de 2024.
They are SCAMMERS: I recommend never renting from this company. But if you do, take video and photos of the vehicle and check the damage with the staff, before picking up and after leaving the vehicle. I asked to inspect the vehicle with the office staff and they told me that it was not necessary, nor that they give me the delivery document and in the end they accused me of damage to the vehicle that I did not commit. This happened in July 2024.
Todo bien con el alquiler, pero llevo 1 mes esperando que me devuelvan los 200EUR que piden de garantia, llame una semana luego de devolver el coche y me dijeron que se podian tardar hasta 15 dias (dependiendo de mi banco), y la verdad es que en otros rentacar la devolucion la realizan en 48hrs. En fin, hoy se cumple 1 mes y fui a la oficina, me dijeron ahora que en Junio hubo problemas con la centralita que ve las devoluciones, me dijeron que desde la oficina no podian hacer nada mas que reclamarlo (espero que lo hayan realizado) y me dieron un numero de atencion al cliente para llamar, al cual luego de 30 minutos esperando no contesta nadie... Necesito algun otro contacto para solicitar el reclamo formal y la devolucion del dinero.
Everything is fine with the rental, but I have been waiting for 1 month for the EUR200 they ask for as a guarantee to be returned. I called a week after returning the car and they told me that it could take up to 15 days (depending on my bank), and the truth is In other rental cars, the refund is made within 48 hours. Anyway, today marks 1 month and I went to the office, they now told me that in June there were problems with the switchboard that sees the returns, they told me that the office could not do anything other than claim it (I hope they did it) and they gave me a customer service number to call, to which after waiting 30 minutes no one answers... I need some other contact to request the formal claim and the money back.
They scam you into paying more. We won't be using their service again.
We actually visited Europe car next door. Maria was extra helpful, very kind and patient with us.
