LAMENTABLE! Nos fastidiaron el fin de semana... y por su nefasta gestion tuvimos que pagar 400EUR... un dia antes de la reserva, nos cancelan la furgoneta porque el conductor principal no tiene tarjeta de credito, no nos dan opcion de poner la de otra persona (ni la del conductor secundario), decimos que hacemos la reserva a nombre de otra persona que si que tenia tarjeta de credito y nos dicen que ya no tienen disponible la furgoneta. Luego nos hacen el cambio a dos coches y unas horas antes de llegar nos dicen que no tienen los vehiculos disponibles...tuvimos que coger un vtc que nos salvo el fin de semana pero nos costo 400EUR para un solo dia... NUNCA MAS, ni enterprise ni alamo.

They ruined our weekend... and due to their disastrous management we had to pay EUR400... one day before the reservation, they canceled the van because the main driver does not have a credit card, they do not give us the option of using someone else's ( nor that of the secondary driver), we say that we make the reservation in the name of another person who did have a credit card and they tell us that they no longer have the van available. Then they change us to two cars and a few hours before arriving they tell us that they do not have the vehicles available...we had to take a VTC that saved us the weekend but cost us EUR400 for a single day... NEVER AGAIN, not even enterprise nor poplar.

Empresa nada recomendable, son unos ladrones y unos estafadores, te cobran fianza, servicio por adelantado y si cumple dandote un coche te le dejan en malas condiciones y a cambio te dan un vale de gasolina que nunca podras canjear. Nos llamaron horas antes de recoger el coche para decirnos que no tenian ninguno disponible (aun habiendonos cobrado) y a dia de hoy (25 dias despues ) no nos han devuelto nuestro dinero son unos impresentables, mucho cuidado con ellos.

Not a recommendable company, they are thieves and scammers, they charge you a deposit, service in advance and if they comply by giving you a car they leave it in poor condition and in exchange they give you a gasoline voucher that you will never be able to redeem. They called us hours before picking up the car to tell us that they did not have any available (even though they had charged us) and as of today (25 days later) they have not returned our money They are unpresentable, be very careful with them.

Por que no puedo darle 0 estrellas. Muy poco serios y aun menos profesionalidad. Despues de nuestro viaje en familia ( con ninos) sorpresa!!! No tienen coches, ni para nosotros ni para varias personas que estaban alli en la misma situacion. No me dan solucion, ni otro vehiculo de otra categoria ni nada, alli tirados nos dejaron. Me han devuelto el dinero ( despues de un mes y varias reclamaciones) pero gracias a doyouspain que fue nuestro intermediario. No me parecen formas de trabajar. No lo recomiendo.

Pongo una estrella porque no puedo poner menos. Hice una reserva por internet de un coche para el dia 2 de mayo. En su momento inclui a un conductor adicional que, en el momento de recogida del coche elimine, ya que no iba a ser necesario. Pague ese servicio por adelantado y, a dia de hoy, mas de TRES MESES despues, sigo sin recibir el reembolso de ese dinero. He perdido la cuenta de los correos que les he enviado reclamando la devolucion, he llamado (la mayoria de las veces sin respuesta alguna), me he presentado en la oficina y nadie se hace cargo de nada. La unica explicacion que dan es que tardan un tiempo porque lo gestionan desde la oficina central en Madrid, y que ya lo recibire. Solo saben pasarse la bola de unos a otros, pero lo de solucionarlo mejor lo dejamos para otro momento. Una autentica verguenza intentar rascar hasta unos miseros 56 euros.

This is the worst Car rental company in Valladolid and they should be out of business. I rented a car 14/08/2023 and payed the 200 euro in deposit, and the company says it was returned on my card 2 days later. That never happened, Alamo claim that they returned the money and my bank have sended a dispute but Alamo never reply and they just full of B.S and refuse to help and says is a bank error, but according to our bank that is not the truth. So until today I have not received the 200 euro back from Alamo/Enterprise Rent a Car in Valladolid. So I send you all a huge warning, use other rental companies cause this company try to fool customers.

Really bad! I tried to call them and as the phone menu says I asked for an English service with number 1 after someone answered I started to speak English and they shot just down the phone. And now they not answering anymore for my calls....

I rented a car from February 2 to 4. Les dije donde estaba aparcado el coche (casualmente a la entrada del parking), que habia devuelto el dia 4 sobre las 18h25 y que habia depositado las llaves en el buzon. Dejaron de contestar a mis mensajes y cuando por fin me cogieron el telefono me pidieron perdon y me dijeron que estaba todo correcto. Sin embargo, no he recibido aun ningun correo que confirme el fin del alquiler, aunque ellos dicen lo contrario. He llamado por telefono varias veces y, cuando contestan, me piden perdon y me dicen que me lo van a enviar, cosa que no ha sucedido aun. Ademas, me aparecio un cargo de 97 euros en la tarjeta el dia 5, lo cual no han sabido justificarme. Teniendo en cuenta la pesima gestion de mi caso, seria de agradecer que me enviasen cuanto antes la confirmacion de la correcta recepcion del vehiculo por una via oficial, no telefonica, ya que no confio en la gestion de esa oficina.

Be careful when renting a car here. We rented a car for the weekend and my boyfriend took photos of it as always while the worker was still there (you can literally see her in one of the photos). Later in the day, after just a couple of hours of driving in the city, my boyfriend picked me up and as I was in the passenger seat I noticed a small crack in the windshield, it would have been hard to notice if you was the driver. We looked at the before photos and although its hard to see because the photo isnt close up, you can still see that theres something there thanks to the iPhones amazing camera. We took another close-up photo of the crack right then and there and continued with our day. A couple of days after returning the car they charged us 200 euros and blamed us for the crack. We went there to complain and of course they wouldnt admit it, even after seeing the photo and it being obvious on their faces that they know they are wrong. They said they had already refunded us about 130 euros so they would only charge us about 70, I dont know why. Its not really about the money but rather that they dont admit that either their workers didnt check the car properly beforehand because there were a lot of people that Saturday morning or they purposely planted it on us to make an insurance claim, which would explain why one of them The first things the worker said to my boyfriend was that the car had no damage, something a guilty person would say. The only thing we could do now is fill out a claim form and speak to our lawyer. But seriously, a crack in the windshield doesnt usually happen when youre driving a couple of hours in the city on a nice sunny day... We are very disappointed and will never rent from them again.

Alquilamos un coche para el fin de semana y mi novio le hizo fotos como siempre mientras la trabajadora seguia alli (literalmente se la puede ver en una de las fotos). Mas tarde en el dia, despues de solo un par de horas de conduccion en la ciudad, mi novio me recogio y como yo estaba en el asiento del copiloto me di cuenta de una pequena grieta en el parabrisas, habria sido dificil de notar si usted fuera el conductor. Revisamos las fotos de antes y aunque es dificil verlo porque la foto no es de cerca, aun se puede ver que hay algo ahi gracias a la increible camara del iphone. Hicimos otra foto de cerca de la grieta en ese mismo momento y continuamos con nuestro dia. Un par de dias despues de devolver el coche nos cobraron 200 euros y nos echaron la culpa de la grieta. Fuimos alli a quejarnos y por supuesto no lo admitieron, incluso despues de ver la foto y ser obvio en sus caras que saben que estan equivocados. Dijeron que ya nos habian devuelto unos 130 euros asi que solo nos cobrarian unos 70, no se por que. Realmente no se trata del dinero sino de que no admiten que o bien sus trabajadores no revisaron el coche correctamente previamente porque habia mucha gente ese sabado por la manana o bien nos lo plantaron a proposito para reclamar al seguro, lo que explicaria por que una de las primeras cosas que le dijo la trabajadora a mi novio fue que el coche no tiene ningun dano, algo que diria una persona culpable. Lo unico que podriamos hacer ahora es rellenar una hoja de reclamacion y hablar con nuestro abogado. Pero en serio, una grieta en el parabrisas no suele ocurrir cuando estas conduciendo un par de horas en la ciudad en un bonito dia soleado... Estamos muy decepcionados y no volveremos a alquilar con ellos nunca mas.

Surprisingly good. I was afraid because of the bad reviews of all the rental companies, but we didnt have any problems. We picked up the chosen car on time, at a good price, a Mitsubishi space star. Very manageable and small. The employee who helped me pick it up was very kind, he pointed out all the scratches and (minimal) defects it had, he wrote them all down and thats it. We had booked 5 days, but due to a personal problem we returned a day early and took the car to them. To my surprise, the employee gave me back the day, and it was great for him, because someone had just come in asking for a car.

Recogimos el coche elegido puntualmente, a buen precio, un Mitsubishi space star. Muy manejable y pequenito. El empleado que me atendio para recogerlo fue muy amable, me senalo todos los roces y desperfectos (minimos) que tenia, los apunto todos y listo. I put one star because I cant put zero. Terrible customer service. Weve been calling the phone for two days and they dont pick up. They make you pay 13 euros a day for being under 25 (even showing all the points and 5 years of license without any fault) but then NO type of insurance is included in the rental price (which you also have to pay separately). The joke cost us 330 euros for only 5 days, the cheapest of all of them, a car that consumes a lot. Its not worth wasting your time on this site. They also set a mileage limit (why do I want a car if I cant move it?). A terrible experience, we will come tomorrow to file a claim.

Nos han enviado a tomar algo mientras lo preparaban y casi una hora despues todavia no lo tenian, al final nos han dado el coche media hora despues de la hora inicial que teniamos, un autentico desastre pero claro en valladolid la verdad no hay mucha mas opcion, que pena de servicio
