Te cobran de mas por todo. Ojo no te pases de los km que habias previsto que te cobran 25cents por km (en ninguna empresa de alquiler me habian pedido nunca que dijera cuantos km voy a hacer en el viaje, muchas veces no es algo previsible). Y luego para retenerte el dinero, antes de que cojas el coche pero para devolvertelo les cuesta lo suyo.
They charge you more for everything. Be careful, don't go over the km you had planned, they charge you 25 cents per km (no rental company has ever asked me to say how many km I am going to travel on the trip, many times it is not something predictable). And then to keep the money from you, before you take the car, but to return it to you it costs them their own.
Super Easy to use. Really clean and comfortable cars. Much more convenient than standard car rentals. Would definitely use again.
Really living in the future here! Wow, contactless car rental, smooooooth and easy. Instructions were clear, and the car itself was amazing! Perfect birthday with the perfect car. Don't hesitate to use Virtuo, it was my first time and it won't be my last!
I was a bit nervous about collecting a car using just an app but took the plunge. Model of car was exactly as promised, car was clean and ready to go in the car park as stated Was a bit tricky to do the damage check as the car park was so dark and I had a family waiting in very hot weather, so was a little worried that I might have missed something that I'd be wrongly liable for, but was all fine in the end. Was a really nice car that worked out cheaper than a bog standard car from a conventional hire company so would definitely use again.
Un sistema novedoso y "agil" de un servicio de alquiler de coches muy necesario. El servicio es muy bueno, SALVO por un aspecto: el reembolso de la fianza, cuando esta se efectua con tarjeta. Ese reembolso tarda demasiados dias. Ya se que ese retraso no es producido por VIRTUO, pero es algo que afecta Y MUCHO a VIRTUO: La proxima vez que necesite alquilar un coche, me lo pensare dos veces. Simplemente no puedo estar tanto tiempo con el importe de la fianza retenido en mi cuenta. Si la retencion se ejecuta de inmediato, el reembolso tambien deberia serlo. Deberian, en mi opinion, dar una solucion a eso. Les he valorado con 4 estrellas por eso, de lo contrario serian 5.
A new and "agile" system of a much-needed car rental service. The service is very good, EXCEPT for one aspect: the refund of the deposit, when it is made by card. That refund takes too many days. I already know that this delay is not caused by VIRTUO, but it is something that affects VIRTUO A LOT: The next time I need to rent a car, I will think twice. I simply cannot spend that long with the bail amount held in my account. If the hold is executed immediately, the refund should be as well. They should, in my opinion, provide a solution to that. I have rated them 4 stars for that, otherwise they would be 5.
Nice cars and the entire process from booking until return was effortless. This is how renting cars should be! (not like the other big vendors where it takes ages to pick up a car)
