I have paid total amount with insurance throught website. There was 0EUR deposit. At the rent office i still had to give 500EUR deposit. Even if you pay for option where they promise 0EUR deposit. At the end they took more money for rent and they didnt gave back my deposit. Im trying to get information why they took my money. Two weeks and nothing. Much better is centauro

Cant say something really bad. But expected more from Sixt for such price. I paid for full ensurance on bookind.com but sixt insisted to buy extra full from them. But still taking 300 deposit and examing car upon checkout. This is really bad behavior but my experience - THEY ALL DOES IT. Service was good. Staff are friendly and helpful
VERY bad experience with SIXT in this station. our flight had delays and we arrived next days to pick up the car while we kept informing all the time about our situation of delays. They didn't give us a reserved car even none of it for ridiculous things like the system does not recognize the driver license number, country code ....... We took a taxi to our hotel a day arrived and taxi back to "rent a car" which they didn't gave to us. I don't know what kind of customer service they think it is SHAME on this branch. DO NOT RENT
I really liked the service at this Sixt branch. Rented a diesel van for 4 days. The van was new and the interior smelled nice. It was clean and the luggage compartment was large and clean. I was half an hour late with my return due to traffic jams, but the staff turned out to be friendly and they forgave me for that half hour. Highly recommend.
We rented the car for one day and everything went perfectly, they even gave us the car a bit earlier and were very flexible. Car drop-off is well organized with a key box when returning! Great experience with a great car :) would rent there again anytime!
Scammers, they have you drop off the car in the far end of a parking lot with nobody checking it in, and you just drop off the key and leave and pray. Then a month later they'll send you a $200 euro bill for some tiny scratch they'll claim was during your rental. See the three pictures they sent in their damage report when I demanded evidence? Bet you you can't even find the damage in the first two. The third one is so zoomed in and from below the car just to see a small scratch underneath the bumper. I'd bet good money that was there when I picked it up, but what kind of reasonable person would notice that picking up in a dark garage? Read the other reviews, it's pretty clear Sixt Spain considers fraudulent damage charges a primary revenue stream, that's why their rentals seem reasonably priced.
