THIS COMPANY SCAMMS! DO NOT. I REPEAT DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! They blame us for not filling the tank, which we did 5 min before entering Valencia. No message nothing, just never refunded our deposit for the gas and now they act stupid. Never had such a bad experience with a car rental company before. Such thieves.

They rented us a car that lost a fender on the highway. Thankfully, we had full insurance, and most importantly, no one was hurt. They replaced the car at no extra cost, but we lost four hours of our time, which, of course, were not reimbursed

The first time I went here I had to wait 1.5h in line before it was my turn even though you can choose the hour of your departure online. I had to pay a lot more then specified online though! When I finally got in the car, I touched the button to move the mirror and it immediately broke off. They seemed very annoyed when we told them this. We had to wait another 30min before getting another car. They don't tell you anything about the car itself which is difficult if you've never driven this specific model before. The second car was good though so I decided to rent here again to go on a trip. I decided to choose the most expensive type of insurance online so I wouldn't have to pay more in real life again, but they said some things weren't included so I ended up paying more anyway... They are very dishonest and seem cheap online, but that's not the case. The car was very good, but that's the only positive thing about Record Go...

Whenever in Spain I look no further than Record Go as I had great experience with them in Barcelona and Palma in previous years. Likewise, they performed great service here in Valencia. Renting a car was flawless, and we were lucky to be served by kind employee Antonella who gave us useful tips and got sure our car was in great condition.

I recently rented a car and had an overall positive experience with the rental company. The vehicle was in good condition, the service was prompt, and the staff were professional and courteous. However, there were a few points that could have been improved. While I was informed about the EUR900 deposit, there was an additional EUR90 deposit for fuel that I was not made aware of in advance. Additionally, the staff offered an optional insurance for EUR300 as an alternative to the deposit, which I found to be somewhat unexpected. Despite these minor inconveniences, the rental process was smooth, and all deposits were promptly refunded within three days after the end of the rental period. Overall, I was satisfied with the service and would consider using this company again in the future.

The worst experience of my life I was denied a car rental because I have a Ukrainian driver's license. Even though legally I am allowed to drive! And while I was in line, two other customers were also denied for very vague reasons. I had to spend 2.5 hours!!!! proving and showing all the laws. I even contacted the police for clarification, and they confirmed that I can legally drive with these licenses. But for this company, Spanish law is not the main thing; they have their own rules. Actually, each employee has their own rules because other Ukrainians with the same licenses were given cars in other offices of this company! Calling the management resolved nothing. Rude communication. They didn't refund my money. I had to call and write myself to request a refund, even though it was not my fault. They didn't even apologize for wasting my time and ruining my day... I wouldn't recommend this to anyone! Customer service is non-existent.

I was charged 40EUR from my bank account, without any explanation, weeks after I rent the car. I asked many times for clarification per email, after 3 months still nothing. Also, after just 1 day we recognized that there was no engine oil, the indicator pin was DRY! I DONT RECCOMENT

I had an International driving permit, my Korean driving license, my passport, and my credit card. but I had to go through the worst experience. 2. This Record Go people refused my booking, they said You dont have sworn translation of your Korean driving license, so we cant let you rent our car. 3. So, I was what? I already rented cars from Barcelona, Tenerife, and Seville record go, with licenses I have now. and I rented a car from Japan without any problem too. Maybe If you are worried because I m an Asian, I had no accidents. So please give me a car 4. they said its not roman letters, so we cant read your Korean license. so we cant let you rent. Even if you read that, we can t trust you. And we can t trust your not roman letters driving license. 5. but I really needed this car, because I had busy plan, so I begged a lot, called Record go call center, they said same thing to me. they refused even refund. 6. While I was calling or talking, they were talking with colleagues and laughing a lot. I didnt know Espanol, so I dont know what they were talking about. but it was really bad feeling, because I was frustrated next to them. I had my appointment, I had plan, but I had to give up many things. 6. after I came back to korea, I sent mail a lot, but record go service center answered same things again and again. 7. and I checked terms and conditions, I had no problem. ====== Below is terms and conditions 2.2.2. Driving licence For rentals of three- and four-wheeled vehicles (cars and scooters), all drivers listed in the contract must present a valid, type-B EU driving licence or a licence from a country party to the international conventions, issued at least one year prior. -> Korea is in the country party of international conventions, and my driver license was issued in 2015. So I presented . Driving licences issued by non-EU countries or from a country that is not party to the international conventions (cars only) must be accompanied by an international driving licence in order to collect the vehicle. -> I had international driving license. If you do not have a driving licence in Roman letters, you must show an international driving licence or show the driving licence along with a sworn translation of it. -> I had international driving license. ================ 8. But even I talk about these, they never refunded my money. even I send mails to them, sometimes they never answered my mail. finally they said First of all, please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience we may have caused you. Let us confirm that we have just refunded your card with the full amount paid for your reservation. Please bear in mind that it may take from 1-15 working days for you to be able to see it on your bank account. 9. On Saturday, November 16, we rented a van from this company and we had a pretty bad experience with the service and attention. After no attention on the phone, since there is no way to find the office phone if it is not in the office itself, we received a call from one of the workers, with bad manners, which reflects very well the capacity that has to serve the public. He called us at 8:50 p.m. telling us that they were waiting for the van to return and we told him that we have the rental until 10:00 p.m. It tells us that 9:30 p.m. is the deadline to return it, which it doesnt say anywhere, since the contract specifies that it can be returned at ten. We told him that we are an hour away (counting the journey and refueling at the gas station) but that we arrived before ten. He tells us that the van will not take us after nine thirty. We asked her for a solution and she told us that if we dont arrive by 9:30 p.m. that its our business and literally said thats not my problem, that we shouldnt take her. He then tells us that he has a lot of work and hangs up on us. We decided to go at opening time the next day since they told us not to take it and the companys response is that we have to pay a 207 penalty for taking it the next day, which we obviously did not do because of a workers order. and, therefore, representative of the company, is that we did not take the van when we assured him that we would arrive before the end of the rental.

Despues de una nula atencion por telefono, ya que no hay manera de encontrar el telefono de la oficina si no es en la propia oficina, recibimos una llamada por parte de una de las trabajadoras, con malas formas, que refleja muy bien la capacidad que tiene de atender al publico. Anadir que el telefono de atencion al cliente es un bot que te redirige a la web para cualquier gestion, siendo la solucion rellenar un formulario y esperar a que, con suerte, te respondan en un plazo de dos semanas. Nos llamo a las 20:50 diciendonos que estaban esperando el retorno de la furgoneta y le contamos que tenemos el alquiler hasta las 22:00. Nos dice que a las 21:30 es la hora tope para devolverla, cosa que no pone en ningun sitio, ya que en el contrato se especifica que se puede devolver a las diez. Le comentamos que estamos a una hora (contando el trayecto y repostar en la gasolinera) pero que antes de las diez llegamos. Nos dice que mas tarde de las nueve y media no nos va a coger la furgoneta. Le preguntamos por una solucion y nos dice que si no llegamos a las 21:30 que es cosa nuestra y palabras literales ese no es mi problema, que no la llevemos. A continuacion nos dice que tiene mucho trabajo y nos cuelga. Decidimos ir a la hora de apertura del dia siguiente ya que nos dijo que no la llevasemos y la respuesta de la empresa es que tenemos que pagar 207 de penalizacion por llevarla al dia siguiente, cosa que obviamente no hicimos porque la orden de una trabajadora y, por lo tanto, representante de la empresa, es que no llevasemos la furgoneta cuando nosotros le aseguramos que llegabamos antes de la hora de finalizar el alquiler.

To our surprise, the only attention they offer you is the response from a robot that reads you the legislation and transfers you to the website. On the website you could only fill out a form with which they send you a generic response by email. In short, we spent the entire day without a solution from the company and we had to solve the problem on our own. The tires had pressure at 2.3 when the recommended pressure was 4.5. In addition to all this, when returning the vehicle they wanted to attribute a blow to the rearview mirror, which obviously we had not caused. The maintenance of the vehicle and the inspection were terrible, but the worst of all is that the CUSTOMER SERVICE is NON-EXISTENT and FRAUDULENT.

El pasado sabado, alquilamos una furgoneta con esta empresa y al entregarnos el vehiculo supuestamente le hicieron una revision, la cual resulto no estar bien hecha, ya que a los 5 minutos de conduccion nos salto una alerta en el panel que no sabiamos a que correspondia. Intentamos contactar con la oficina donde habiamos alquilado (Joaquin Sorolla), pero no logramos encontrar el telefono en ningun sitio (contrato, internet, correos ) por lo que decidimos llamar a atencion al cliente. Para nuestra sorpresa la unica atencion que te ofrecen es la contestacion de un robot que te lee la legislacion y te transfiere a la web, en la web unicamente se podia rellenar un formulario con el que te transfieren una contestacion generica por correo electronico. Total, que estuvimos todo el dia sin una solucion por parte de la empresa y nos toco solucionar el problema por nuestra cuenta. Los neumaticos tenian la presion a 2 3 cuando lo recomendable era 4 5. Ademas de todo esto, al devolver el vehiculo nos querian atribuir un golpe en el retrovisor, que obviamente, no habiamos causado nosotros. El mantenimiento del vehiculo y la revision fueron pesimos, pero lo peor de todo es que la ATENCION al CLIENTE es INEXISTENTE y FRAUDULENTA.
