Self Help Guide If You Accidentally Book A Car with this Company Waiting Time Estimatation One group of customers take at least 15 minutes, because they type everything manually even you book it via Booking or any other platform. So if there are 3 groups of people waiting and there is only one staff = 45 minutes wait We waited for 2 hours. When it's your turn There is a short small talk. And then they will ask you to write down your personal information on a paper like name address, email, phone number if you have never rented a car with them. As I mentioned, unless you have used their services before, or you need to give them all this again That's why it takes so long. They input your personal info manually. Insurance They will try to sell you their own insurance, the explanation is rather unclear and make the risk/ cost seem really high if you don't buy theirs. If you have one already(with booking.com or sth), just say no. The cost of insurance is almost as much as the car rental price. Car Pick Up You might not get the same car as you booked. For us it's a big upgrade. Thanks ! However, do take lots of pictures of your car from all possible angles! Twice! As I got told, video is not accepted. Will explain why later. Before return , tank it up. When Returning The person on the counter asked if we have their insurance. Then he went to the rental car and inspected it carefully, TWICE. He asked if we got photos of the scratches here and there? Well, usually they should check with their own damage report and know where all the scratches are. Hmm! On one photo, a scratch couldn't be seen clearly because of reflection, but luckily we did 2 rounds of photos! So the guy was speechless. We wanted to be sure that he really confirmed everything is alright via written proof (email), and he said it will be done in 30 minutes. After 2 hours, we received nothing so we called their customer service, who confirmed with us no email will be sent but the case is surely closed. Summary In general, many car rental companies have not so good ratings due to different interests and co. Just be extra cautious about the details, know your right and how to safeguard it.

Have rented two cars with friends for three days in Valencia. We chose two brand-new Cupras at an incredibly affordable price with a deposit of only EUR150. Compared to other companies, the price was almost half as much, and the conditions were the same. Many thanks to the manager, Sofia, who gave us an additional discount and allowed us to return the cars two hours later without extra charges. She was very polite and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend this service, and I'll definitely keep using <<Ok Mobility>> in the future.

Very satisfied. Great value (when booking via Bookings.com). Hired a Seat Ibiza. It was new. Included CARPLAY. The best part was the quick return process. Andrea inspected my car and instantaneously confirmed all is final. And my deposit was returned immediately to my bank. No taking videos/photos and waiting a long time for the deposit return. Andrea was super friendly, professional and efficient on the car return. High Recommend.

Despite renting a great car, this car rental is absolutely impossible to reach either through phone calls or email. Furthermore, the deposit never got back even after a total of 31 days as stated in the conditions of the rent, and while giving back the car in perfect state. Very contrasted experience with this car rental...great renting services at first and terrible customer services after sales. If that can make them finally contact me, I am still waiting for the deposit money. Thank you.

I rented a small car, Renault Clio, from OK mobility for 5 days, and everything went very well. The car had only 20k km on the odometer. I didn't scratch the car, and returned it in not the cleanest condition, but after a normal 5 days use. There were no extra charges, all went well and smoothly. I had my own insurance. Pick up took 10 minutes and delivery about 20. P.S only thing I missed is possibility to rent from the Valencia Airport at night, would have been very convenient! otherwise happy with the rent!

SCAM ALERT! This rental charged me for damages I didnt cause to the vehicle. This was the only time ever that I didnt take photos of the car because during the check-out process there were so many complications, and in the end I was running late picking my daughter from school. (Long story short: sent across the railway station parking lot to look for a car that wasnt there; the car turns up back at the other end of the lot; the car wont start and then gets blocked with my luggage in the trunk; I am assigned another car after locating the manager; had to move my stuff to the new car, having to install the child seat again and to retrieve my luggage out of the locked-up trunk...) On the day o return I get a call, with the employee asking me whether I have videos of the vehicle. When I said no, I was accused of inflicting damage to the vehicle (which I know for a fact I didnt do, not a single incident throughout the rental period) and immediately charged 1300 euro. All my attempts to demand proof (emails to various departments of the company, a personal visit) failed; none of my emails were answered. I was scammed out of 1300 euro. Beware.

UPDATE: I have to change my review from 5 to 1 stars due to unethical practices. After using this service twice, we received an email inviting us to consider purchasing an ok mobility car. They required a REFUNDABLE 340 deposit which we paid. We decided not to purchase a vehicle. However ok mobility refuse to return our 340 deposit! Weve made multiple attempts to contact ok mobility but were ignored. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE, UNETHICAL AND PREDATORY. I can no longer recommend this company and warn others to be very wary. I used OK Mobility subscription service twice. I no longer recommend them but if you use them: - Make sure everyone who wants to drive the car is present at pick up as they wont let you add people over the phone, youll have to go back to the pickup point to add another driver. Just make sure you are certain of your travel dates because once you select a pick up date, you cannot change it unless you cancel the entire subscription and start again (which means you have to wait for them to refund any deposit paid during the booking process). I would NEVER use the service again.

The previous damage to the car was not registered in the system and the employee refused to do this when concluding the rental agreement. Instead, I had to document the damage myself with my cell phone before departure. When the vehicle was returned, nothing further was complained about, but given the other reviews, I assume that this procedure is designed to charge people for damage that already existed and was not correctly documented when it was rented. Even though everything went well for me, it is simply dubious that the damage is not recorded in the system.

The man who helped us told us not to worry: he was going to talk to his boss to see what could be done, since the circumstances were exceptional. He assured me that he would send me an email to keep me informed of the situation. I never received any email, but the next day they COMPLETELY withdrew my deposit, 200 euros. I am willing to pay an additional fee, but 200 euros is a total abuse, and I was not informed of this transaction. There is no transparency, and beyond the fact that it is not correct commercial behavior, it also reflects a lack of humanity: as a driver, I cannot endanger the lives of my passengers due to a storm that caused more than 200 deaths. Al dia siguiente devolvimos el coche explicando la situacion. El hombre que nos atendio nos dijo que no nos preocuparamos: iba a hablar con su jefe para ver que se podia hacer, ya que las circunstancias eran excepcionales. Me aseguro que me enviaria un correo para mantenerme informada de la situacion. Nunca recibi ningun correo, pero al dia siguiente me retiraron COMPLETAMENTE la fianza, 200 euros. Estoy dispuesta a pagar un suplemento, pero 200 euros es un abuso total, y no fui informada de esta transaccion. No hay transparencia, y mas alla de que no es un comportamiento comercial correcto, tambien refleja una falta de humanidad: como conductora, no puedo poner en peligro la vida de mis pasajeros por una tormenta que causo mas de 200 muertes. Esto es gravisimo. Desde entonces, son inalcanzables: he llamado y dejado mensajes. No voy a dejar esto asi. Tengo la intencion de recuperar parte de mi fianza. Espero con impaciencia un contacto por parte del gerente o del dueno.

Upon returning the rental car on Monday, October 14, previously unidentified damage was detected on the front tires of the vehicle, affecting both wheels. Se comporto de una manera absolutamente intransigente. Esto obliga a documentar con gran detalle el estado del vehiculo al recogerlo. En mi caso, el cargo fue de 300 . De no haber tenido claramente visible el dano en la otra rueda al momento de la recogida, tambien me habrian cobrado por el.
