Me aparecen ellos gestionando la asistencia en carretera de mi seguro. Un autentico desastre, los operadores no se enteran de nada, no devuelven las llamadas, ni hacen nada por solucionarlo. Aqui va la resena pero la reclamacion via legal les llegara .

FATAL EXPERIENCIA. UNA VERGUENZA DE GESTION POR PARTE DE JESUS, SUPUESTO DUENO DE MALCO. Alquilamos 2 coches en Valencia y los 2 se los llevo la grua. No supo gestionar ningun problema. Sus coches, si van a un sitio sin cobertura, parece ser que se bloquean y dejan de funcionar y eso en ningun sitio se avisa. Estuvimos 6 chicas hasta casi las 10 de la noche en la montana (fuimos a hacer una actividad de humor amarillo a Estivella) sin cobertura ni bateria en el telefono ya que se informo del problema a las 16 horas y se termino de gestionar a las 22 horas. RACE nos dio la solucion de irnos en taxi buscandolo por nuestra cuenta y posteriormente ellos nos reembolsaban el dinero y JESUS nos decia que no, que el se encargaba de todo y que el nos lo buscaba para que finalmente, JESUS nos volviese a llamar para darnos la solucion que RACE nos habia dado 1 hora antes: buscarnos los taxis nosotras. JESUS ES LA PERSONA MENOS APTA QUE ME HE ENCONTRADO HASTA EL MOMENTO PARA SOLUCIONAR Y GESTIONAR PROBLEMAS. NUNCA RECOMENDARIA ESTA COMPANIA. HE ALQUILADO COCHES POR DIFERENTES PAISES, TENIENDO PEORES GESTIONES QUE EN ESPANA Y NUNCA ME HABIA PASADO ESTO. UNOS SINVERGUENZAS. PERDIMOS DEMASIADAS HORAS PARA REGRESAR A NUESTRO ALOJAMIENTO Y ADEMAS, NOS VIMOS ABANDONADAS EN LA MONTANA A LA VEZ QUE COMENZABA A ANOCHER, POR LO QUE TUVIMOS QUE DAR CONSTANCIA A LA POLICIA DE LO QUE ESTABA OCURRIENDO. Quiero denunciarlo y JESUS no me da opciones para poner hojas de reclamacion. INEPTOS.
FATAL EXPERIENCE. A SHAME OF MANAGEMENT ON THE PART OF JESUS, THE SUPPOSED OWNER OF MALCO. We rented 2 cars in Valencia and both were taken away by the tow truck. He didn't know how to manage any problem. Their cars, if they go to a place without coverage, seem to lock up and stop working and this is not reported anywhere. I HAVE RENTED CARS IN DIFFERENT COUNTRIES, HAVING WORSE MANAGEMENTS THAN IN SPAIN AND THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED TO ME. SOME SCANTS. WE LOST TOO MANY HOURS TO RETURN TO OUR ACCOMMODATION AND ALSO, WE WERE ABANDONED ON THE MOUNTAIN AS THE NIGHT STARTED, SO WE HAD TO TELL THE POLICE WHAT WAS HAPPENING. I want to report it and JESUS does not give me options to file complaint forms. INEPT.
