Great experience. We have rented a van for a morning job and everything was super easy and fast. The girls at the counter were super attentive and friendly. The guy who was in charge of taking the van out to us and explaining everything to us, too. Very competitive prices. We will repeat.

Excellent treatment, friendly and very responsible. I called them late on a Friday for a van on Saturday and they immediately gave me an option to rent one and everything was done very quickly. I recommend it 100%
Really nice service, especially Alex is a great guy, speaks English very well. Its kindda more personal touch when renting car here.
As an out-of-tower be hyper vigilant about your kilometers you set on the contract. After telling them my desired route, it seemed like they were accounting for the distance I was traveling when they readjusted my kilometers on the contract. They ended up only setting me up for half the amount of kilometers I needed and charged me for the overage. When I expressed how they knew where I going but only gave me half the amount of kilometers I needed, they kept referring back to the contract. Seems like a really lame way to squeeze a few more euros out of someone.
Great experience. Very attentive staff. Ariana was very helpful and easy to deal with when I needed to rent the car at the last minute. She was very flexible with everything and I managed to rent a car after having difficulties with Enterprise and Alamo at the train (I don't recommend them, way more expensive and hard to deal with, especially if you're a European citizen living in the UK). Next time I'm in Valencia I'll use FLYCAR services again.
