I'm pleased with the service. The car (Nissan Micro) was good and clean. I accidentally returned the car with a full tank and was reimbursed for it. Although I did not have a credit card they were able to block 150 eur on my card. Mind that it seems that by default they offer cars with a manual gear box.

Bad services and advices, they always find a reason for something that is not included in the insurance...the black girl that works there is a thief, she refund customers without receipt and has some some suspicious practices. Avoid this office.

I had booked a car for three days through Booking, with cancellation, before meeting them. One day it occurred to me to ask at Flycar because I was one street away from home. The truth is that it was a good decision. These types of companies raise many doubts in me due to the hidden costs they usually have. But my experience with them was more than positive. Astu, who manages everything, treated me first class, detailing everything, and always being very honest. The best thing about all this is that, due to work reasons, we had to come earlier, and they reimbursed me for the days that I did not use the car. I never felt hopeless, I felt at ease at all times and I think that in these companies, being able to have that type of feeling is key. As customers, we are afraid that there will be a Tuesday the 13th and hidden costs or late returns. As I mentioned, they returned everything and the deposit to me the same day we returned it!!! Super recommended. Both in customer service and the product (we hired a very nice Nissan Micra). Soon we will contract more than certainly with them again. Thank you. I never rent through booking again, I now know where to rent my car

La verdad que fue una buena decision. Este tipo de companias me generan muchas dudas por los costes ocultos que suelen tener. Pero con ellos mi experiencia fue mas que positiva. Astu, quien gestiona todo me atendio de primera, detallando todo, y siendo siempre muy honesta. Lo mejor de todo esto es que, por cuestiones laborales tuvimos que venir antes, y ellos me devolvieron los dias que no use el coche. Jamas me senti desahuciado, en todo momento me senti a gusto y creo que en estas empresas, poder tener ese tipo de sensacion es clave. A nosotros los clientes, nos da miedo que haya un martes 13 y costos ocultos o devoluciones tardias. Como comente, me devolvieron todo y la fianza el mismo dia que lo devolvimos!!! Super recomendable. Tanto en atencion al cliente como el producto (contratamos un Nissan Micra muy bonito). Pronto volveremos a contratar mas que seguro, con ellos. Gracias. The tank control usually bothers me: Fill up until the initial level is reached again. This time I received money back with my deposit for unused kilometers and excess fuel!
