Hello! I highly not recommend this company. When we took the car, they just gave us the keys without inspecting it. It's good that we made a video of the car, but it didn't help. When I gave the car back, they saw a scratch that was there and took off 800!!!!! euros. They don't accept any evidence. I highly not recommend them!!!
overall the experience was very good, the car received was a new car, I think I received a car from a lower range, I reset a Ford Focus and received a Skoda Kamiq, I was not notified of this when I picked up the car. The lady at the airport rental counter was not professional at all, she didn't know how to explain much and she also had a superior attitude, I want to believe that this was not due to the fact that we are from Romania. The gentleman from the parking lot pick-up was very kind and gave me all the required explanations.
Fast pickup/drop-off. I received a new and clean car. The depozit was refunded in only 2 days.
I recommend this place!!! It was our first time renting a car abroad and we didn't really know what to expect, but we received great help! Everyone in there was very helpful and friendly, they provided us with a premium service during which we didn't have to worry about anything. Thank you Marcella and others
Good service , good vehicles , easy pick up and very easy drop off in our case at their Madrid Airport station. My only complaint is that we did not get the same car that we booked online, we booked a Skodia SUV and received a white WW caddy that looks more like a delivery car than anything else, nevertheless At the end we had a very nice experience with this vehicle and was actually a good fit for us, this is the only reason I dont give them a 5. Suggestion make sure you specify the car clients will receive.
It was a pleasurable experience throughout. Easy pick-up and return at Valencia airport. We had a virtually brand new Citreon C5 Hybrid that was an absolute pleasure to drive.
Found the staff very friendly and helpful. Car super clean and lovely to drive. Collection point bang opposite arrivals and departures. Whole experience very smooth. Two small points which might have been sorted if I had asked - manual only in Spanish and I could not work out how to link to iphone for sat nav purposes (it was a Subaru and difficult to work out from their website, app did not seem to be supported and I could not work out Apple carplay). I should have asked.
