Every staff member we encountered at this Europcar was kind, helpful, and personable. Javier at the front desk was so great helping us get the perfect fit for our needs. I would definitely rent from them again in the future.
I was expecting this and they scammed me, I couldn't get my deposit back. I had bought medium insurance but they convinced me that if I bought full insurance, I wouldn't pay any additional fees no matter what. Even though I returned the car without the slightest damage, they didn't refund the deposit.
Friendly and helpful staff at the pickup station in Valencia Central Train Station. We got an almost new car (had less than 1000 km in it) and it functioned really well. The return was also very easy in Valencia Airport, the parking lot is signposted in a good visible way, it's a breeze to find the correct place for the return and the staff is magically already waiting there to do the takeover.
We had a great time in Spain with the hybrid Jeep Renegade from Europcars. Great service and very kind Valencia staff. From online reserving, pickup at downtown Valencia and returning at the airport. Everything flawless. Great customer experience. Thank you!
Great service from Europcar in Spain. I picked up the car at Valencia station and was welcomed and server fast and friendly. We got a nice car and used it for 9 days. Returning it at Valencia Airport. The time to return it was so fast we just managed to get all our belongings out of the car and had a quick chat to ensure we had everything from the car and the staff member was already finished with the checks. Great service!
Definitely not worth it and they are total rip off. Customer Service doesn't respond and employee in shop gave wrong information. Deposit policy is hidden and if unknown only mentioned after contract has already been agreed on. Anyway I can't recommend. Also no one walks to the car with you to check for pre-existing damages. EDIT: Definitely deserve the 1 star. I tried contacting them via link, every time I submitted the request, I got an error! Can't contact them and resolve an issue, when they programmed their website to not let you contact them. Enjoy my money, I won't be using your services again (I know that doesn't harm them Idc)
Everything's went perfect. Javier was super friendly and helpful. The car was new and so comfy and clean. The price was a little high when renting from the office on the day directly but taken everything into account, it was worth it. Definitely recommend!!
It was fine, but I recommend taking pictures of the car before driving it. When they handed the keys they did it on the counter and no one came with me to do the handover. When I returned it, they noted some scratches on the rear bumper which were there before I took it. Luckily I took pictures just in case, because no one came with me to handover the car.
