**Horrible Experience - Avoid This Location** I had an incredibly frustrating experience at the Enterprise Valencia location. I made a reservation in advance and even received a confirmation email, only to arrive and find the branch completely shut down during business hours with no explanation. After searching for help, I managed to speak to an agent on the phone who not only blamed me for making a "last-minute reservation" but offered no real solution besides sending a car from another location, which would have taken forever. The dismissive attitude was the final straw. This debacle left me scrambling to find another car rental elsewhere just to pick up my kids from school and make it out of town for the weekend as planned. What's worse, customer service responded by essentially blaming me for their own failure to honor the booking. I've never had such a bad experience with a rental company, and the lack of accountability is appalling. I'll be warning everyone I know to steer clear of this location.

Absolute joke of a place. Turned up this morning at 9.30 for our rental and the guy in the shop was on the phone for 10 mins, then when he'd finished he rudely told us "we're not Enterprise" and passed us a business card with a number on and told us we have to call it. The number went to a voicemail until the 15th time when someone eventually answered and told us there were no cars available and they had to bring one from Castellon and it won't be here until at least 11.30 (so probably 1pm in Spain). Paid EUR50 for a car for 24hrs and it's not even a real office with staff or cars. This is the first time I've used Enterprise after using Europcar for years with no problems, I only switched this time because of location. Never again. --- UPDATE We waited until midday - nobody arrived with a car and Enterprise did not and still have not reached out with any apology or refund.

Muy mala atencion al cliente, bueno mejor dicho nula. He avisado de una incidencia y un cargo de Parking a App por acceso con matricula de un vehiculo propiedad de Enterprise Valencia y nadie da solucion ni tan siquiera recibo respuesta de poder reclamar el cargo, al actual conductor RentaCar o no. Me parece una falta de gestion y responsabilidad tremenda. Gracias

Quiero dar las gracias y valorar el excelente servicio recibido por los trabajadores de la empresa en el aeropuerto. Pero destacar especialmente el trato recibido por Vicente Vento que desde Paterna, cuando habia finalizado su jornada laboral, nos ha trasladado a la oficina del aeropuerto para poder obtener un coche. Una gran persona.

Genial muy profesionales se nota la calidad y la limpieza de los coches
