Centauro in Valencia

I'm not an habitual online reviewer, generally only do so when something is outstanding or dreadful. In this case: excellent. Thank you, Centauro VLC team! Will definitely use you again. Everything went smoothly: shuttle to the depot arrived promptly, knew my name in advance, very polite cheerful staff, excellent English (apologies, I don't speak Spanish). Quick, clear and to the point interactions with the staff, car at pick-up was exactly what I had booked. Drop-off went just as smoothly, shuttle was waiting, hassle-free check and drop-off, which was great because I had a toddler in tow. I have one tip for Centauro: i booked through the airline and received a booking number from them. I tried to register this on the Centauro app but I couldn't find anyway to search for/add an existing booking, only to make a new one. Suggest fixing this. Thanks, Steve

Even though the experience with the counter was excellent - the experience with company is awful. There is no point of contact, support doesn't answer for emails. For almost one month I have been waiting for the full release of my fuel deposit (I left the car with full tank and just got back 1/3 of fuel deposit without any explanation). Also it doesn't accept Revolut card - there is no information on website about it. Car was perfect but it's not good if company tries to make a fool of you. Edit: thank you for the answer but this very link was the one I used to contact with your customer service and got ghosted for almost one month now.

Amazing experience. Among the few car rental companies that you can trust, and they don't scam you. Both check-in and return took less than 3 minutes. Car was in great condition, and my fuel deposit was fully returned literally 2 days after returning the car

Dear reader, In my many years of travel and experiences with copious car rental agencies, I must say that this is the only one that is not only a review, but an unadulteratedly positive one. We came in on a whim without reservation and were received warmly and efficiently by the reception. The car was ready in under 10 minutes, the admin was transparent and streamlined to perfection. We were in and out the door in 15 minutes and on our way in a clean car to enjoy our holidays. Highly recommend this location!

We spontaneously decided to rent a car and came across Centauro. Best decision ever. The staff was super friendly and quick. After 5 minutes, we were ready to go with a Skoda Kamiq - super clean and a super smooth drive. Drop-off was just as easy, everything went super smoothly and the staff was again very nice. Price is very good too, no hidden fees. Can absolutely recommend!

Everything was just perfect. Polite and helpful staff. The price with insurance was fine and required no deposit. The car was like new, better than I ordered. Refund for fuel was done next day after returning the car. Thank you!

The best car rental experience ever! Luca was quick to get our rental ready. The entire process was less than 5 minutes! No hidden fees. Reliable car. When I returned it, I accidentally filled the tank more than I needed to and they refunded me the extra. Return process took literally less than 1 minute. Incredible company and Luca was amazing and so kind!

The experience was smooth, without any complications. Chose a Mazda 6 but got a Cupra Formentor. Great surprise! The car was clean, with only 25,000 km used, and had new cruise control. Felt new. The manager was friendly and spoke good English. Also had a good experience with this company traveling around Italy in 2023, too. Recommend, good choice if you need a car in Valencia.
