Ivan from Avis Gandia saved our day, he waited until we arrived by taxi due to a puncture. He waited even though the office was supposed to be closed. He saved us from a really long wait in the hot weather. For this I'm very grateful for his excellent customer service!!

Great cars at great prices. Full service in English (and Spanish). I reserved a car and it was ready for me when I arrived. This is the 4th time I've rented from them, and the staff is always fabulous. If you are in Gandia and need a car, this is the best place to get one!

car could of been cleaned better, i think they forgot to use water and plug the hoover in, be very careful as they give you the keys to the car without checking it, mine had 3 dents that if i did not report i would of been stuffed for it, hired it for 11 days, paid PS8.50 a day

The truth is that I have had 2 rentals with them and it has been fantastic! Starting with the attention of the girl at the reception, who is super nice and friendly and ending with the quality of the rented cars, always clean and with full gas. The return of the 200 deposit is paid immediately on the same day you deliver the car. A very satisfactory experience and truly highly recommended.

I put a star because it wont let me put a 0. We have a car awarded by the insurance to return home, which is another autonomous community, but the taxi that takes us is delayed due to an accident on the AP7 and we notify this office that we are arriving with a quarter of an hour late explaining to them what happened, to please wait for us those 15 minutes, that we have to go home and in the afternoon they dont open. The boy says that he is NOT waiting for us, since he does not work for free and that the system is already closed (the car rental contract could have been prepared in advance and only left the signature for when we arrive, since we have given notice in advance! !!!). We arrived at 1:38 p.m. (they close around midday) and they didnt give us the car. He leaves us hanging and we ask for the claim form and he DOESNT give it to us because he doesnt want to!!! Very bad treatment and unprofessionalism. Get away from this place, they ruined our return trip for 8 minutes!!! a shame

Llegamos a las 13,38 (cierran a la media) y que no nos da el coche. Nos deja tiradas y le pedimos la hoja de reclamaciones y NO nos la da porque no quiere!!! Muy mal trato y poca profesionalidad. Huid de este sitio, nos jodieron el viaje de vuelta por 8 minutos!!! Una verguenza

It is convenient to rent a car here. No additional insurance is required, no credit card is required. I paid on the website, came and took the key. And handing it in is generally a pleasure - just throw the key in the box and thats it. The prices are higher than in Valencia for the same cars, but how much more convenient. I recommend I have already rented three or four times myself. The cars were all new!
