Cuento mi experiencia por si a alguien le paso y se ha llevado una mala impresion de esta empresa. Al principio me atendio un senor que nos trato con poca educacion y profesionalidad. Nos fuimos disgustados pero necesitabamos la furgo. Tuvimos la mala suerte de darle un golpe al faro. Al ir a devolverla, nos sorprendio que nos atendio otro chico encantador. Soluciono lo del golpe de la forma mas rapida y beneficiosa para nosotros y nos devolvio el resto de la fianza en el momento. Nos comento que era el dueno, y el otro senor no habia pasado el periodo de prueba por incidencias con algunos clientes. Si alguien mas coincidio con el, espero que no juzgue la empresa por eso, porque realmente merece la pena el servicio que da el propietario.
I'm sharing my experience in case it happened to someone and has a bad impression of this company. At first I was served by a man who treated us with little politeness and professionalism. We left upset but we needed the van. We were unlucky enough to hit the lighthouse. When we went to return it, we were surprised to find another charming guy helping us. He resolved the incident in the quickest and most beneficial way for us and returned the rest of the deposit to us immediately. He told us that he was the owner, and the other man had not passed the trial period due to incidents with some clients. If someone else agreed with him, I hope you don't judge the company for that, because the service the owner provides is really worth it.
Servicio 10 y atencion inmejorable. El chico que nos atendio (Sergio si mal no recuerdo) fue muy amable y atento. Furgonetas nuevas y limpias. Lo recomiendo 100% . Volveremos a alquilar con ellos sin duda.

Trato excelente. Furgoneta muy nueva (matricula LHW) y en perfecto estado. Precio muy economico. Y estan muy cerca de Valencia (a 15 o 20 minutos). Si vuelvo a necesitar una furgoneta volvere a contactar con ellos. Genial.

Increible el servicio. A dia de hoy en Valencia y alrededores no hay ninguna compania que te ofrezca kilometraje ilimitado a un precio tan economico. El trato del chico que nos atendio fue muy bueno. Pudimos dejar el coche de forma gratuita en su parking. Las furgonetas son nuevas y de muy buena calidad. Sin duda volveria a alquilar aqui.

Muy buen servicio. La gestion de contratacion y recogida es muy sencilla, te lo hacen todo muy facil y no pierdes nada de tiempo. La furgoneta estaba en perfectas condiciones, son vehiculos nuevos. El precio tambien considero que es muy adecuado. Si hay proxima mudanza, repetire sin duda.
