Service impeccable ! Nous ont amene la voiture au port de plaisance et nous ont depose au retour a la gare maritime d'Uturoa. De plus, nous avions modifie notre reservation au dernier moment. Aucune difficulte. Je recommande :)

We originally planned to hire a scooter around Raiatea, but were advised against it due to the wet weather and the distance of the location we wanted to travel to. Since we hadn't prebooked all the rental places were out of cars for the time we were on the islamd. The cuzzy at Raiatea Rent A Car was so accommodating and understanding and just happened to have one car left. She dropped it to our accommodation and filled us in with some local knowledge of Raiatea as we dropped her back to the office. The hirage process was smooth and professional. And returning the car easy equally as easy because they are right next to airport (there is a literal walk way to the airport). Maururu!

TO FLEE !!! With confidence because we have never had any problems with car rentals, we just supervised what the Raiatea Rent a Car employee put on the inventory of the vehicle and did not take any photos either! When the vehicle returned, the boss showed us a minor dent in the door that I had seen when picking up the vehicle but which had not been noted! Result: we had to pay the price of the excess for this dent in the door which was not our responsibility, but without photos, we could not prove it! Other people have, after research, experienced the same mishap and this has been denounced as a scam! Please note, if you rent the airport bungalows and wish to rent their vehicles, it is the same owner and therefore Raiatea Rent a car!

Resultat : nous avons du payer le prix de la franchise pour cet enfoncement dans la portiere qui ne nous incombait pas , mais sans photos , nous ne pouvions le prouver ! Dautres personnes ont , apres recherches, vecu la meme mesaventure et on denonce ceci comme une arnaque ! Attention , si vous louez les bungalows de laeroport et souhaitez louer leurs vehicules , il sagit de la meme proprietaire et donc Raiatea Rent a car !

Car rental to avoid. No inventory is done before the rental and therefore allow themselves to charge you for the repair for any damage present before recovering the car.... if you still wish to rent from them I strongly advise you to film the entire car at reception, this will save you from a huge scam on their part (especially for tourists since this seems to be recurring).

Pas detat des lieux fait avant la location et se permettent donc de vous faire payer la reparation pour un degat present avant de recuperer la voiture .... si vous desirez malgre tout louer chez eux je vous conseille fortement de filmer en integralite la voiture a la reception, cela vous evitera une enorme arnaque de leur part (surtout pour les touristes puisque cela semble recurrent).

Renters to avoid, dishonest, real thieves. Discussion is impossible. Hysterical, unfriendly and aggressive boss on the phone. They charge customers for normal wear and tear on the car. Cowards, they dont even come in person to explain themselves and let the employees manage for them. Horrible.
