Enterprise Ubeda es mi punto habitual para alquilar vehiculos, cuenta con un equipo humano excepcional, una flota de vehiculos para cada gama practicamente nuevos y muy bien conservados, aptos para gozar de la maxima seguridad en tus manos... Llevo a lo largo de mi vida millones de kilometros recorridos, me acostumbre a ello en EE.UU, durante mi formacion como Piloto Comercial... alli las distancias son enormes y se hace necesario.... Aqui en Espana y mas en concreto en Ubeda estan los mejores....... Un saludo a todos.

Como asiduo cliente de diferentes Rent a Car durante los ultimos 17 anos, puedo calificar a Enterprise Ubeda como la peor oficina de alquiler de coches. Felicidades por vuestra ineptitud, no representais lo que la marca Enterprise representa. No volvere a alquilar con vosotros. Aconsejo a cualquier cliente no alquilar con Enterprise Ubeda, buscar otras empresas de Rent a Car en Ubeda donde la atencion al cliente sea correcta y adecuada.

No son los mas baratos y no entiendo porque, si contrato el seguro a todo riesgo, tienen que retenerme 400 EUR de fianza, de momento durante 4 dias y aun no me queda claro cuando se devuelven.

We did all the possible insurance (including all risk and roadside assistance) and now they want to charge us 60 for a scratch on an interior wood that the van had when it was delivered to us. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY, be careful, we are not the only ones that something like this is happening to us.
