Valoro con 1 estrella y no lo recomendaria a nadie pues viendo y comparando precios con otras companias de alquiler, a mi o me tomaron por tonto o sus precios son muy caros. Alquile un coche el dia 20 de noviembre del 2024 a eso de las 12:30 y por 1 dia 9 horas me cobraron 200EUR mas 208 de fianza. Segun mi criterio no esta mal pero es demasiado dinero y nada rentable, coche de gasolina con solo 5 marchas q consumen que da gusto. El trato bueno pero muy enganoso. Pues van a lo que van.

Tuve un problema con mi aseguradora y las dos chicas de la oficina me brindaron una atencion excepcional (10/10). Aunque el horario de cierre era a las 18:00, se quedaron una hora y media mas para ayudarme a resolver el inconveniente, ya que la aseguradora no respondia al telefono y, de no ser por ellas, habria quedado sin solucion. Ademas de ser increiblemente profesionales, son muy amables y simpaticas, lo que hace que la experiencia en la oficina sea agradable y cercana. La atencion al cliente es extraordinaria y no habia visto nada similar en ninguna otra empresa de alquiler (no exagero).

Actualizacion (2 octubre 2024): despues de ver que la empresa contesto a mi review, contacte con ellos como sugirieron. Despues de una semana esperando, no se nada de ellos. Alquile un coche el ano pasado por un dia. Precio acordado 163.18 EUR. Lo devolvi el dia y la hora acordados en perfectas conditiones con el tanque lleno como me lo dieron. El dia que lo devolvi era fiesta (12 octubre, medio dia) y la oficina estaba cerrada, asi que deje las llaves en el buzon que tienen en la puerta para estos casos. Resulta que me cobraron de mas porque segun ellos, devolvi el coche un dia tarde lo que no es cierto. Me dijeron que lo iban a hablar con el supervisor y decirme algo en cuanto supieran. Casi un ano mas tarde, aun estoy esperando. Me cobraron casi 90 EUR de mas asi por el morro (251.8 EUR). Una verguenza. Los he denunciado ya a las autoridades pertinentes.

He alquilado tres veces con esta empresa. Las dos primeras muy bien pero esta ultima... un autentico desastre. Tenia la reserva confirmada por internet. Acudi a la hora. Nos hicieron esperar dos horas para finalmente decirnos que no podian entregarnos la furgoneta porque no iba a llegar. No solo nos quedamos tirados con la mudanza sino que ademas a los dias me cobraron el importe total del alquiler. Cuesta muchisimo contactar con ellos. Finalmente, me han indicado que haran un abono. Estare pendiente a ver si es verdad y cuanto tardan. Muy decepcionada.

Necesitabamos una furgoneta grande para realizar una mudanza de bastantes cajas de Navarra a Sevilla; desde el primer momento nos dieron un servicio espectacular, con buenos precios y muy flexibles en todo momento, para que dispusieramos de la mejor experiencia. Furgoneta de 15m3 muy comoda para conducir muchos kilometros. I rate it with one star because it cannot be less. Horrible experience. We made a reservation for a van 2 weeks in advance and on the day of the reservation everything was a problem. First of all, we booked for 9AM and at that time the office was closed. The worker arrived at 9:30 and what a surprise when he told us that they didnt have vans, but that the drivers were arriving. We reluctantly waited for our van to arrive, but 1 Hours later! We found out that they had not even left Logrono (or at least thats what the worker told us) and the van was urging us on. Obviously we canceled the reservation and by miracle we were able to book with another company. If you dont want the possibility of this company leaving you stranded without a vehicle, dont even think about hiring them. I certainly wont repeat it again.

A reganadientes esperamos a que llegase nuestra furgoneta, pero !1 Horas despues! nos enteramos que ni siquiera habian salido de Logrono (o al menos eso nos conto el trabajador) y la furgoneta nos urgia. Obviamente cancelamos la reserva y de milagro pudimos reservar en otra empresa. Si no quieres que exista la posibilidad de que esta empresa te deje tirado sin vehiculo ni se te ocurra contratarlos. Yo desde luego no vuelvo a repetir.

Llego el dia 6 de Octubre bajo un amigo a dejar la documentacion porque no podia ir a las 5 de la tarde, hora que habiamos quedado para recogerlos y todo perfecto. Pero a las 3:30 de la tarde del dia 6 de Octubre nos llaman que no tenian coches que uno lo tenian que llevar al taller, y que solo tenian una furgoneta de carga para 3 persona, y nosotros era 10 personas las que ibamos a viajar esa misma tarde. Despues de insistir y pedir que el taller nos dejase coches de sustitucion fue imposible hacer que entrasen en razon. llamamos a la central a Madrid a ver si tenian alguna solucion y nos dijeron que solo tenian esa furgoneta, Les comentamos haber si en Logrono, Pamplona, Zaragoza habia coches y que ibamos a por ellos alli, y nos dijeron que en Pamplona habia uno, que en Zaragoza otro y que era por nuestra cuenta y la tarifa era superior. es decir el Trato pesimo nos colgaron los telefonos, y ya no nos cogieron mas el telefono y ahi nos dejaron que nos buscasemos la vida con 2 hora de antelacion a la salida prevista que teniamos, Tuvimos que mirar por otros sitios y al final en Ursain ren a Car, nos alquilaron 2 coches por favor y insistiendo un poco para que nos buscasen solucion a nuestro problema nos dijeron que solo podian alquilarnos 2 coches de los que usan los empleados que trabajan alli, pero claro el importe era bastante mas superior que estos. Asi que no se lo recomiendo a nadie ni a mi peor enemigo, ni que se acerquen a la acera de esa oficina. La estrella que marco es porque sino no se me activa el publicar.
