Great service even though the price is more expensive than others. The rental car was the one I had reserved and it was a new car too. The GPS was great didn't do funny things on the road whereas another rental I had with Bordeaux SIXT after this trip was horrible, perhaps the other car was older. Return was great and smooth. I would recommend to have plenty of time when returning the rental because the road to the station was really busy.

Staff here is friendly but finding the way back to return the car is very hard since there are no clear signs. You have to go to Gare Matabiau parking lot and go straight to level 3, unload everything from the vehicle, then go down on your own to level 0 and head to the counter which is located far from the elevator. Better directions would be appreciated

Nice staff, but never have had the car we selected at the pick up location. The phone support (we had a flat tire in rural France) is absolutely terrible. Did not answer on Sunday. The return is extremely convoluted and not near the rental offices showing up in Google maps - so you are left to talk to phone support to figure it out (and again they are completely terrible - do not have training, information or interest to help Sixt customers.

Having rented several times from this agency, I would not choose another rental company at this station. Very cordial staff, very accommodating, big systematic upgrade. As always at Sixt, be very vigilant when taking inventory of the vehicle, because they will be extremely vigilant when taking inventory of the keys. Pour avoir loue plusieurs fois dans cette agence, je ne choisirais pas d autre loueur dans cette gare. Personnel tres cordial, tres arrangeant, gros surclassement systematique. Comme toujours chez Sixt, etre tres vigilant au moment de l etat des lieux de prise de vehicule, car eux le seront outrancierement a l etat des lieux de remise des clefs. I reserved a car on the Internet for 10 days, when collecting the vehicle, I burst a tire while leaving the parking lot... :/ They offered me the only vehicle available as a replacement (above range with supplement to pay), and I then received an invoice for 200 for the repair of the tire of the first vehicle, which seems to me to be an honest price (Better to be insured in this case either by their insurance, or by your bank card gold). No problems when returning the vehicle. In short, despite this bad incident (entirely my fault), generally speaking I found the staff welcoming, honest and who did their best to find solutions despite the high number of customers in the middle of August, so bravo to them , I will use this agency again if I rent a car again in Toulouse!

Jai reserve sur Internet pour 10j une voiture, lors de la recuperation du vehicule, jai eclate un pneu en sortant du parking... :/ Ils mont propose en remplacement le seul vehicule disponible (gamme du dessus avec supplement a payer), et jai ensuite recu une facture de 200 pour la reparation du pneu du 1er vehicule, ce qui me parait etre un tarif honnete (Mieux vaut etre assure dans ca cas soit par leur assurance, soit par votre carte bancaire gold). Pas de problemes lors du retour du vehicule. Bref, malgre cette mauvaise peripetie (entierement de ma faute), de maniere generale jai trouve le staff accueillant, honnete et qui faisait son possible pour trouver des solutions malgre le nombre eleve de client en plein mois dAout donc bravo a eux, je repasserai par cette agence si je reloue une voiture a Toulouse !

The tricks where they can, my rental car, which I had pre-ordered for 4 weeks, wasnt there,,,, strange, but it was confirmed to me. When we picked it up it was said that there was only a much larger model available. Since I needed a car, I agreed to this: Et voila on the invoice it is then redefined as an upgrade, and also why are there fees etc later that were not taken into account when booking. For me, the total amount when picked up means that I have to pay that and nothing more, unless I book something else. Why cant I actually use my credit card, which works everywhere, to book the booking option: pay now, book the best price, and then, in order to be able to book at all, I have to stay flexible and book the more expensive option?

Wieso kann ich eigentlich nicht , mit meiner Kreditkarte, die uberall funktioniert, Buchungsoption : jetzt zahlen , bester Preis buchen , und muss dann, um uberhaupt buchen zu konnen, die teurere Variante flexibel bleiben buchen ?

This Sixt agency is not at the level of other agencies that I know. The person tried to advance the pickup time so that the rental was two days instead of one and increase the price. Supposedly this was a mistake. Then, the option for an automatic car was added without the person indicating that it costs more. The person insists heavily and plays on fear to ensure that comprehensive insurance is taken out at an additional cost. I wont come back.

Cette agence Sixt nest pas au niveau des autres agences que je connais. La personne a essaye davancer lheure de retrait afin que la location soit de deux jours au lieu de une et augmenter le prix. Soi-disant cela etait une erreur. Ensuite, loption pour une voiture automatique a ete rajoutee sans que la personne nindique que cela coute plus cher. La personne insiste lourdement et joue sur la peur pour faire en sorte que les assurances completes soient prises pour un cout supplementaire. Je ne reviendrai pas.
