Personnel aimable comme une porte de prison, avec des reflexions deplacees laissant transparaitre une certaine jalousie. Vehicule degueulasse (desole, pas d'autre terme, meme plus poli) Caution bloquee depuis bientot une semaine pour une location de 3 jours, mettant mon compte dans le rouge et avec des rejets. M'indiquent de me garer en double file alors qu'il semble qu'ils soient deja au courant que cela pose un probleme de verbalisation (mais bon ca leur permettra de prendre des frais de traitement au passage) Bref trouvez une autre agence, il y'en a un tas pas bien loin.

Disgusting vehicle (sorry, no other term, even more polite) Deposit blocked for almost a week for a 3-day rental, putting my account in the red and with rejections. Tell me to park in a double line even though it seems that they are already aware that this poses a problem of fines (but hey that will allow them to take processing fees in the process) In short, find another agency, there are plenty of them not far away.
Bonjour, Afin de rendre l'utilitaire loue pour deux jours, je me suis mise en "warning" sur la rue Bayard. Quelques jours plus tard je recois une amende pour l'infraction "arret d'un vehicule tres genant pour la circulation publique". Il etait 15h, l'agence fermee car intervention en cours, donc j'attendais le retour d'un.e membre du personnel rent a car. N'ayant pas de voiture sur Toulouse, je ne suis pas au courant de tout et il se trouve qu'il y a des cameras de videosurveillance sur cette rue. Peut-etre que je me trompe, mais je trouve legitime qu'un.e membre du personnel previenne les locataires de ne pas se garer en double file sur cette rue. Merci et bonne journee.
Good morning, In order to return the utility vehicle rented for two days, I went into "warning" on rue Bayard. A few days later I received a fine for the offense "stopping a vehicle which is very disruptive to public traffic". It was 3 p.m., the agency was closed due to an intervention in progress, so I was waiting for a member of the rent a car staff to return. Not having a car in Toulouse, I am not aware of everything and it turns out that there are video surveillance cameras on this street. Maybe I'm wrong, but I think it's legitimate for a member of staff to warn tenants not to park in double lines on this street. Thank you and have a good day.
Chez rent-a-car il faut rendre la voiture propre... soit, encore faut-il etre averti, ce qui n'a pas ete mon cas... le pompon c'est la restitution ou l'employe commence par me faire le coup de << c'etait ecrit >> parmi les 18 panneaux presents dans l'agence, puis met ma parole en doute, enfin me fait la presta a 30 euros au lieu de 50, grand seigneur... et enfin me fait commrendre qu'il prefere un paiement cash. Pour moi, ce sera la derniere fois.
At rent-a-car you have to return the car clean... either, you still have to be warned, which was not the case for me... the big thing is the return where the employee starts by giving me the "it was written" among the 18 signs present in the agency, then questions my word, finally gives me the service at 30 euros instead of 50, great lord... and finally makes me understand that he prefers payment cash. For me, it will be the last time.

A eviter absolument ! Fuyez cette entreprise et cette agence. Mon experience a ete desastreuse du debut a la fin. D'abord, j'ai recupere ma voiture en retard parce que celle qui m'etait initialement reservee avait deja ete prise. Cela m'a fait arriver en retard a mon rendez-vous. Ensuite, la voiture m'a ete remise avec un reservoir partiellement rempli, rendant la restitution compliquee et me forcant a rendre la voiture avec plus de carburant que je n'avais recu. Ce n'est pas tout : la voiture etait dans un etat de salete honteux, manifestement non nettoyee avant d'etre mise a disposition. Et pour couronner le tout, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas en plein mois de juillet, rendant la conduite insupportable. Apres toutes ces deconvenues, on pourrait esperer un geste commercial en compensation. Mais non ! Ils ont eu le culot de me facturer 300 euros de caution pour un minuscule eclat de peinture sur le pare-chocs arriere. Ces gens sont des escrocs. Prenez votre vehicule chez Sixt ou Turo et evitez cette entreprise a tout prix. Je m'attends a la reponse classique << Nous sommes desoles que bla bla bla >>, une technique bien connue pour donner l'impression de se soucier des avis des clients alors qu'ils s'en moquent completement.
Absolutely avoid! Flee this company and this agency. My experience was disastrous from start to finish. First, I picked up my car late because the one originally reserved for me had already been taken. This made me arrive late for my appointment. Then the car was returned to me with a partially filled tank, making the return complicated and forcing me to return the car with more fuel than I had received. That's not all: the car was in a shamefully dirty state, obviously not cleaned before being made available. And to top it all off, the air conditioning didn't work in the middle of July, making driving unbearable. After all these disappointments, we could hope for a commercial gesture in compensation. But no ! They had the nerve to charge me 300 euros deposit for a tiny paint chip on the rear bumper. These people are scammers. Take your vehicle to Sixt or Turo and avoid this company at all costs. I'm expecting the classic "We're sorry blah blah blah" response, a well-known technique for appearing to care about customer reviews when they really don't care.
Attention escrocs, a fuir !! Amende de stationnement pendant l'etat des lieux d'entree du vehicule qui se termine par une saisie sur salaire de 375EUR. Au telephone, une personne m'annonce qu'il me faut regler cette saisie sur salaire et envoyer la preuve de reglement avant qu'ils puissent faire un remboursement. Reglement fait de mon cote, mais changement de bord de Rent-a-car qui m'annonce que j'aurais du contester l'amende. Resultat je suis en bataille depuis plus d'un an avec mon assurance (vehicule mis en place par mon assureur lors d'un sinistre) pour reussir a me faire rembourser cette somme. Je tiens tout de meme a preciser que c'est une agence sous franchise Rent-a-car, ce n'est donc pas la responsabilite de la societe mais seulement de cette agence ! Malheureusement impossible de mettre en dessous d'une etoile...
Beware scammers, avoid!! Parking fine during the vehicle entry inventory which ends with a wage garnishment of EUR375. On the phone, someone tells me that I need to pay this wage garnishment and send proof of payment before they can issue a refund. Settlement made on my side, but change of side from Rent-a-car which tells me that I should have contested the fine. As a result, I have been fighting for over a year with my insurance (vehicle put in place by my insurer during a disaster) to succeed in getting this sum reimbursed. I would still like to point out that it is an agency under a Rent-a-car franchise, so it is not the responsibility of the company but only of this agency! Unfortunately impossible to put below one star...
Do not go there! We rented a car there for the week-end and when we gave it back there was a tiny little scratch on the plastic wheel cover. When you order this whole wheel cover new on the internet the most expensive one costs 20 EUR. Apaprt of that there weren't any damages on the car. The the person in charge told us, that this is going to cost "nearly nothing" and we don't have to worry. And he would call us in the same week how much it would be. Now, nearly two weeks later, there was no phone call, but rent-a-car charged us 180EUR from our credit card. When I went there to ask why this happened, they told me that the actual cost was 117 EUR (31 for the hubcup, 15 because the car couldnt be used while it was checked 50 admistration fee and 20 tax). The reason why they charged 180 was because we had to pay an additional day becaused we returned it one hour to late which was a lie because we returned it even a little bit too early. After I said that they agreed on making a reimbursement of the 63 EUR that we payed too much. But that takes one month and they were extremely unfriendly. This is the worst service I've ever seen! This company is tricking their costumers, so don't go there! We will definetly do everything to get our money back!
