You show up at this address only to realize they don't have an office! You call... Many times... They finally pickup to tell you they actually don't have available cars! Incredible.
Excellent car rental in Toulouse! I rented this car for a conference in Toulouse and couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The entire process was seamless and hassle-free. Despite booking at the last minute, I found an economical, small car that perfectly suited my needs. The owner's communication was outstanding. Though we never met in person, they were very responsive and helpful via WhatsApp, answering all my questions promptly. The contactless pickup and drop-off were incredibly convenient, saving me time. I felt like James Bond walking from airport to a spot where the car was parked with the key nearby and just drove off. The car itself was in good condition, clean, and fuel-efficient - ideal for navigating Toulouse and its surroundings. It was small, but it was comfortable and did the job perfectly. Overall, this rental experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this car and owner to anyone looking for an stress-free, economical car rental.
