Tener Cuidado con esta agencia de alquileres aunque tengas reserva de coche para una fecha exacta si les da la gana te la quitan y se la dan a otro como me acaban de hacer Os explico. Hace una semana reserve un coche y me dijeron que ya lo tienes reservado puedes venir en la fecha y recogerlo Cuando me quedo 1 semana para ir a recogerlo me enviaron un mensaje al WhatsApp: lo sentimos ya no podemos alquilarte el coche . Asi por ningun motivo y sin causa Y sin buscarme otro coche de reemplazo Compania total desastre te dejan tirado porque si encuentran uno que alquila mas tiempo te lo quitan ATI y se lo dan a el parar ganar mas

Muy buen trato y flexibilidad horaria para recoger el vehiculo. Respuesta rapida. Me hubiera gustado mas transparencia a la hora de definir los precios, ya que se pacto unos precios por telefono y luego, a la hora de cobrar fueron otros porque me cambiaron de coche sin yo haberlo pedido. No pensaba molestarme por 3EUR, pero la claridad y transparencia son la base para la confianza con el cliente.

Cheap and cheerful car hire. 40 euros a day for a Fiat Panda with air con. Was much cheaper than car hire at Reus airport. Car was a little worn - it needed new tyres and the wing mirror was taped on, but did the job for us for a few days exploring Els Ports. Friendly service and no problem communicating in English via email and WhatsApp. Arranging collection and return from their office was very straightforward. We will use them again next time we're back in the Tortosa area :)
Went there on a thursday afternoon, closed despite what was said on the website. A signed on the door gave a telephone number but no answer or call back. Lousy service!
