I ADVISE EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. they claim you only pay on arrival, when you get the car; the truth is, they take your money from the credit card when you do the reservation. if you want to cancel the reservation later (because you found a cheaper option or you are changing your holiday schedule) you cannot and they will not refund you. I tried to cancelled 32 days in advance and they gave me some lame excuses why they cannot refund me. Since they have no legal basis to show, I'm reporting this to the EU consumer agency as per Article 12 of the Treaty on EU functioning and will give this to the lawyer.

I recommend! Hassle-free car rental for a quick trip to Gibraltar (parking on the Spanish side, of course). Very nice service, decent prices and with full insurance, six months leave. The deposit was quickly refunded (the next day after returning the car).

Rental company to avoid! The car we got was the only one available, we had no choice Scratches on all the doors, front door pressed, rear bumper unhooked, engine not restarting, the car had difficulty getting up to 80km/h and yet it did not show 31,000km on the odometer! Plus it took on water in the rain! And no discount on the price! We paid much more than at the airport! The Iberostar hotel located in the same location has a partnership with this rental company, it is unacceptable!

Rental car providers for a Spanish holiday are a dime a dozen. Planet Drive is a regional provider on the Costa del Sol with its own branches. The prices are moderate and very reasonable for an all inclusive booking. The rental vehicle was almost like new and very clean. The booking was possible quickly, with good advice in German. Pickup and handover conveniently directly on site. My recommendation for Andalusia.
