Very easy to deal with and a much more competitive price than elsewhere. Had an issue with a car seat for a child that was sorted straight away. Would recommend this company.
Avoid! We booked a car two months in advance, planning to drive from Punta Prima to Malaga. The booking included unlimited mileage and full insurance. However, when we arrived to pick up the car, they asked where we were going. Upon telling them, we were informed that their insurance does not cover trips outside of Costa Blanca, so we were not allowed to rent the car after all. There was no information about this restriction anywhere.

Great experience with Lara Cars! We collected our car at Alicante airport. They were waiting for us there later in the evening on Sunday with the keys and we returned a car in Los Altos few days after. No hidden costs, no deposit, nothing! We will definitely use their service next time
Lara cars are a great company and I would not consider going anywhere else. The price they quote is the price you pay (no hidden extras). They also respond to emails very quickly too. Very good company that I have no hesitation in recommending to others. Anke is a pleasure to deal with and in all the years we have been hiring cars from Lara, we have never had a problem.
The lady who runs this office is so knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Have booked a car for my friend for 3 weeks time, could not have been easier. Rental rates good, apart from a bizarre surcharge on fuel if returning car to airport. (Would just be easier to say EUR25 surcharge for airport bookings over office bookings). Overall very impressed.
