Very bad customer service. The man in the office told to me he can not rent a care to people from specific countries. I asked him to show a proof but he refused. I feel racism vibe there. I recommend to close this company as per rscism issues.

Brilliant service, I sent Emil a message on WhatsApp and we organised the date and time of collection, I sent my id over by WhatsApp before I got to Spain and that was job done. On the day I turned up with my ID and met emil who had a lovely Audi A3 ready for me with half a tank of fuel. Insurance included for only EUR50 a day! Handed the car back and no hassle at all regarding condition. Just an honest business with a good service. 5 stars for sure

We had the same car as others: Ford with about 246000 km in it. It didn't fall apart but it's not a new car. But the service is chill, EUR40 per day for manual car, EUR250 deposit, no fuss, guy is friendly, no problems on return.

This was the first time that I had hired a car abroad, I was very nervous as a lot of places wanted a big deposit. This company was excellent, very helpful, answered all my questions and explained everything in English so that I understood, no problems at all with getting my deposit back either! Would definitely use this company again for car hire in Torrevieja and would highly recommend!

I would like to recommend Darlingcar in Torrevieja. Owner Emilio is very serviceminded and they have resonable prices & no hidden fees or discussions in connection with the return. We got problem with the cars aircondition & had to spend some time at auto shop. Darlingcar compensate us with a free ride to airport at the day we travelled home. Will absolutely use & recommend this company!

Very good service. We had a Ford Fiesta that had quite a few km on the clock but it was reliable. Just don't try to go up a very steep hill as it won't make it but apart from that good value for the service. Book in advance

The worst rental experience - a dead AVEO, with a barely working A/C for 50 /day - this is bad manners. When receiving the fuel, it was at 7 marks, and not a full tank (as it should be), so refueling at exactly the same 7 marks is not realistic, I passed it at 9 and no one wanted to hear about fuel compensation. Conclusion: I dont recommend it.

We have used the car rental company in question several times and have always received friendly service. The car rental price is affordable and it covers full insurance automatically, which has not always been a given in Spain. The staff listens to the customers needs and is flexible, and there have been no problems with the cars. We highly recommend this company!

I came to rent a car. The young man told me the price of 40 euros per day and showed me what cars there were to choose from. Then he called another so that we could discuss the details in Russian, and handed me the phone. Over the phone, the price suddenly changed to 50 euros, and when I asked why the price was changing so quickly, it turned out that there were no free cars at all, although there had just been a few. It was not possible to come to an agreement, I do not recommend it. P.S. I rented a car from another company for 30 euros without any problems.
