Centauro office easy to find. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the service provided was really good. I would recommend Centauro very highly. Security deposit and fuel deposit refunds were pretty much instantaneous.

Quite literally the worst car rental l've had by far!! Took forever to get the car and when we did, the pre booked car seat wasn't there are the car was so damaged it was embarrassing. The staff were rude and walked away when I asked for assistance. The email with the 'report' showing damage was sent to the wrong email address so we couldn't even see the list until we found someone who wouldn't just walk away from us. As if the start wasn't bad enough, upon return we were charged EUR75 for there being a very minimal amount of sand in the car. We went to the beach twice and brushed off the sand before getting into the car. Given the disgusting stains on the seats and wreckage of a car we received, being scammed for EUR75 for a few grains of sand is beyond a joke. It would appear Centauro lure you in with a cheap price, then ask you to pay extra for waivers etc, charge for a the tiniest scratch which they won't get repaired and then charge for a speck of dust. Appalling behaviour from the staff who are clearly bonused on charging extra wherever possible. Photos of the rude staff who point blank refused to help, stains when we picked up the car and tiny amount of sand that cost us an extra EUR75. There is no customer service to complain and you just get directed to the website.. when you do they do not respond.
I booked a car for 5 days in Torrevieja. It was nice and smooth experience. Perfect. Car was almost new and a o pleasure to drive. Service at the Centauro office was very good and friendly. And the return for fuel deposit fee was very quick. So a strong recommendation with 5 stars
Really great experience, friendly staff, the car hire ran smoothly with no problems, we got the refund for fuel the next week. The car we hired was almost like new. All was great.
