Good prices, good car, friendly staff.
Very good service. Nice owner. We took a car category C for 5 days in November. Yes, cars are not new, but good enough to drive long distance. Big thanks to the owner for the help with one fun accident. We had a parking place in apartment and put the car on wrong place and had an argue with neighbors. By mistake I called to Remo but not to apartment owner. But any way Remo helped and speak with all .It was great and unexpected support! We had Deposit 100 EU was returned immediately
We entered Remo Car by chance and this was our lucky day. With no upfront arrangement they found me a car and the price was excellent. They did not request a deposit. When I returned the car they drove us to the airport. This was really a five star service!
Extremely helpful staff, friendly with fantastic prices. I had a problem with a car ... Electric fault, called them and had it changed immediately. Will use again next time down.
The prices are reasonable and all risks are covered and included in the insurance. After submitting my request through their website, I received a call from the office and we agreed to have a Peugeot 2008 with automatic transmission delivered to my hotel in the late afternoon. The staff was very kind and polite, and there were no hidden costs. I highly recommend this service.
Thank you for the good overall experience only thing is that the cars are not so new, which is ok (as the prices are a bit lower), but unfortunately we are not informed about that - on the website there are mentioned much much newer cars.
I rarely write a review. But this place deserves to write a review for them. It was a unique and excellent experience that exceeded my expectations. I booked the car 12 hours before the appointment, and on the following morning, I received the confirmation. The treatment of the employees is very excellent and the service is good. When I went to them, I found everything ready. Also, the price includes insurance, you do not need a credit card, and you can pay in cash. I also thank them because I forgot my wallet on their Desk and they took the initiative and contacted me to return to receive my wallet. They were honest, thank you from the heart .. Throughout the trip I felt safe to use the car because they were clear and not being exploitative. They also suggested that I hand over the key to the hotel where I stay on my last day so that I would not be busy delivering the car on the last day .. I strongly advise you to rent through them
This is an absolutely great car rental wide far away. They hire very nice cars at very affordable prices, including full insurance. You will find a professional approach and very nice people here too. In the event of an accident (which was my case), your insurance coverage will cover all accident costs, including your transportation back to the hotel. I am very grateful to them for their great attitude in the aftermath of my accident and once again I would like to thank them for everything. I highly recommend this company.
