It's a pity that I can't give 0 stars because that's all they deserve. So the situation looks like this: we rented a car for a day of sightseeing away from the city. After sightseeing we went straight to a petrol station to fill up the car (that was the only condition to be met). I filled up the car to the full level, it took me 5 minutes to get to the hotel from the petrol station. (how much fuel does a diesel car burn on a 5-minute drive where there are no traffic jams or traffic lights? a flat zero). First of all, they did not contact me to inform me that they would debit 15 euros from my account and for what. Secondly I asked the hotel reception to contact them and ask why they did it and why they charged me 15 euros. Thirdly, when this company called me to clarify the matter the lady at the reception was very unpleasant and on top of that she spoke as if she had memorized one sentence, because when I spoke to her she did not understand me at all and was having a conversation in Spanish with someone next to me. The lady claimed that I had not filled up the car and that is why the fee, when the car was FULLY filled up. As for me, this is a fraud in broad daylight. The lady is also trying to argue with the client who is right that they took the money without any basis. I do not recommend this company. They are deceitful to me and cheat people. Even if you meet all the conditions of renting a vehicle, they add something and take money without informing you about it. Once again, scammers, nothing more and no words. People dealing with things like renting a car to tourists or other tourist attractions should know at least the basics to communicate and solve problems of this type. ONCE AGAIN, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

We walked in the office and rented a Fiat 600 Cabrio for two days. Affordable and no problems. (speaks English) We recommend to take the full insurance, since we have seen alot of cars being bumped while just parking outside. Flat tires are not included!

Just rented a Citroen group E for two days. Everything was absolutely fine. The 2 girls and gentleman that run Patry cars were extremely helpful. The process was very easy and the car was very nice too. I don't know why some reviews were so hypercritical. They nearly put me off renting. I'm glad I ignored them

If I could have put 0 I would have done so. We had paid for a group C car and ended up with a Skoda Fabia 5, with no options inside. No USB port to charge our phone to use Waze. So I asked if it was possible to change and the girl at reception was very unpleasant and rude, telling me no and to buy a cigarette lighter to charge my cell phone. Be careful with this rental company. We booked a Seat Ibiza car, but on the day of the rental it turned out that the Seat was rented and a fifteen-year-old Nissan Mikre was reserved for us. Since we had already planned to visit the caves that day and bought tickets, we had no choice but to pick up the car. On the first sharp corners, the traction control began to kick in and the car started skidding. It turned out that there was little air in the rear wheel and it escaped through the valve. Additionally, the car was battered all around, the front bumper fell out of its hooks every few kilometers after previous collisions. I 100% recommend. I rented the cheapest car on offer and I was satisfied. I paid 42 euros + 10 euros for insurance and I think it was a very good price, the car was clean, the air conditioning worked. Additionally, the lady who gave us the car helped us because we didnt have a credit card and let us leave a 150 euro deposit in cash. We rented the car at 9:30 a.m. and the next day at 9:30 a.m. I returned it with a full tank of gas, just as I picked it up.
