Todo perfecto! Fueron super amables y serviciales conmigo cuando nadie queria alquilarme un coche por ser vuelo nocturno y encima se retraso 30min. Los dos chicos super amables y simpaticos, sobre todo el que me dejo el coche y luego me llevo a la terminal. Los recomiendo 100%.

scammers! I advise you to stay away! We rented a car, gave a deposit but we never got it back. The company is lying that it gave it back. Word against word. They are now suggesting that I forgot or that they want to extort money! I do not recommend scammers!

Super great service to a fair price

Viva cars were excellent in the service they provided during our last two trips to Calp. They met us promptly at the airport on arrival and were on hand to answer any queries before/during/after our visit. The car was in great condition and efficient. We look forward to using them again in the future!

I have rented cars from Vivacars several times the last year and must say that they truly are the most fantastic and personal car rental company I know. Everything is focused around you as a customer and to make your car rental as easy and comfortable as possible. 1) I booked the car I wanted easily online on their website. 2) The same day that we were travelling to Spain I received a Whatsapp welcome message with instructions to contact Vivacars once we have landed and received our luggage. 3) Juan or one of his colleagues met us directly at the airport, helped us with your luggage, and after I signed the rental contract, I got the car keys and was ready to go. 4) The same procedure repeats a day before we were scheduled to leave the car, we receive a Whatsapp message confirming the car return. Both receiving the car and returning it never took more than 5 minutes. This feels like a fantastic VIP service from Juan and his team and they really 100% care about you as a customer. Even flight delays and receiving the rental car late at night has always been handled perfectly and with a positive approach. I am happy to give Vivacars my very best recommendations!
