Great Service from the get go. The hire car was more than I expected with all of the ancillaries to assist travelling in Spain. I returned the car with scratches to the drivers side bumper. No idea how this happened. Good job I took out the additional waiver cover. This slight damaged was received with a professional attitude and understanding. I can say that these true standards are a welcome and hard to come by. Thank you again for an understanding approach and excellent service.
Hi. As several other costumers, I did rent a car with Coys Rent a Car, on my trip to Alicante. The company has been chosen according after reading some reviews and having in consideration the review score in Google, as I do in other destinations. According what happened with several other costumers, also with me Coys Rent a Car service has been flautless. Since the 1st contact (Mr. James), to the pickup @ airport, the car himself (Renault Clio last generation brand new - 5 kkm) and the return @ 04am. Also very important fact, service paid @ pickup, full insurance (did not covered according their information wrong fuel or car key loss), one payment, no deposits. Copy of drivers license and photo ID (citizen card on my case as EU citizen), 1 signature, car keys on my hand, and good to go. No problems, no worries, no complications, nice and simple. Nothing else to say... will use for sure in a future return to Alicante area (1st time), as well I will recommend their service. An excellent car hire firm which we've used several times before & will continue to use again. The service is outstanding & completely stress free. The prices are very good, pick up from the airport is quick & easy and they give what you ask for & don't try & sell you anything that you don't need. First Class.
Best value of any legitimate rental company around. Everything was included in the price, no deposit, no harassment to buy insurance at the desk, no hidden charges. They even added an additional driver with no extra charge at the desk. Very good customer service, swift pick up and return. Car was a brand a brand new Renault Clio. They were honestly, faultless. Previously rented from the Torrevieja office, which at that time was a great option to rent locally if it was needed. Closed now unfortunately, but understandable. Won't book with anyone else from now on.
I booked a car for 1 week from Coys in Sep 2024. Overall it was a great experience and I'm very satisfied with the car and service I received. Car was in excellent condition. Pick up from airport and return process were very smooth and timely arranged by Coys staff. I will definitely book again with them in future.
Coys are a great company, very honest and reliable. The car we had was in excellent condition and pick and return with short shuttle into the airport was very efficient. Our original agreement was for car to be provided and returned with 1/4 tank of fuel, but we were charged extra on return as we hadn't returned it with what it had when we collected. The charge was fair, and reasonable, but the differing information was confusing. Overall, really good rental and definitely would recommend them.
First time with these guys. Easy and straight forward. The car was lovely. Great to get full insurance and not having to worry that they'll be trying it on with you like a lot of the other car hire firms. We will definitely be using again.
Awesome. The best rental company I have used. Really quick and on time in picking us up at the Airport. Quick turnaround in paperwork and getting the keys. No extra insurance or up sale just plain and simple. Similarly great on returning the car. Quick, efficient and dropped us straight to the Airport within minutes. These guys are really good and I can't recommend them enough!
