Malco car hire are very good. The process in picking up and dropping off the car was easy. No quibbling no trying to sell other insurance and no hidden costs
It was my second time with malco and I am not disappointed again,great service even my flight was late over 3 hours they still managed to deliver car within 5 minutes,clean car,simple rules,small deposit,I will stay with malco everytime visit spain
I have mixed feelings on to use Malco again. First time using them. Good points Easy to book & competitive prices fuel deposit returned within 24-48 hours. Easy return of car someone waiting for us when we got there. Bad point We waited 1hr to on arrival to collect the car. This was not acceptable, called when in departures and said 20mins. Waited 40 I then called again. Then. Said 10 mins. Then waited another 20mins. Around an hour stood out side the airport.
Just arrived back from Alicante where we used Malco.. great price, great service.. car was spot on. Only problem i would comment on is that we ordered a medium/ibiza size car and we got an Opel Corsa which was smaller than an Ibiza. Was a squeeze with the kids and bags, but we managed

Great experience with Malco rent a car at Alicante airport. Clear instructions for pickup and dropoff, easy access to location of car outside departures. Low deposit and great price. Also available for pickups for late arrivals as some rentals are closed so you cannot use them. Great service. I would recommend Malco rent a car and would use them again

After my first experience with MALCO Alicante Airport I can say that it will not be the last. The team has been extremely supportive and flexible during the pick up and also the return.
