Hice una reserva de un carrozado con ellos de un dia por un precio de 119 euros. El vehiculo estaba muy muy danado no era solo sensacion de inseguridad es que estoy seguro que era imposible que en el estado que me lo alquilaron pudiese pasar la ITV. La caja estaba literalmente destrozada. La atencion de la persona de la oficina fue muy amable, la empresa deberia considerar si los vehiculos que alquila tienen los estandares de calidad y seguridad que se merecen los clientes que trabajan con ellos

Despues de ver tanta mala resena iba un poco asustado pero todo lo contrario, si la furgoneta se conduce bien y con precaucion todo va perfecto. Dar las gracias a Jose que me entrego la furgoneta por su trabajo y su amabilidad. Volvere a repetir.

Alquilamos una furgoneta para horas, sucia era poco lo que tenia, el limpia totalmente vacio, la parte trasera igual, la usamos, apenas 80 km, la devolvemos y como no habia nadie, dejamos las llaves en el buzon, pues a las horas, nos mandan unas fotos de un supuesto '' reventon'' como lo definen ellos ( en la foto se ve perfectamente la rueda hinchada) se aprecia un pellizco en la rueda, que logicamente no sabemos si estaba antes, pues nos clavan la compra de un neumatico nuevo, en la factura encima alegan que se han hecho 200 km mas de los hechos en realidad, y encima pedimos la rueda ''rota'' y dicen que es de su propiedad. Total, empresa nefasta, si alquilais haced fotos a todo, todo, todo, incluido cuenta kilometros, ruedas, suciedad ( que luego te cobran un servicio de limpieza) etc. Por nuestra parte, no volveremos a darle un euro a estos estafadores.

ATENCION. Getas profesionales. Hace unos dias alquilamos una furgoneta. Al ir a devolverla, no habia nadie para recepcionarla y dejamos las llaves en un buzon. Pues bien, a las horas, nos llega un e-mail alegando que le habiamos reventado un neumatico (cuando lo que tenia era un pellizco de facil y economica reparacion. Vamos, que ni saben que es cada cosa). Bueno. Pues los sinverguenzas se han colocado un neumatico nuevo a nuestra costa cuando el neumatico de la furgoneta tenia casi 20.000 kilometros de odometro. Lo que se saca en conclusion es que, tu dejas el vehiculo sin que te lo revisen y te den el OK a la cara y firmado y luego te pueden colar cualquier deterioro, simplemente, que hayan producido ellos mismos para cambiar el vehiculo de donde tu lo aparcaste o algun deterioro que estuviera de antes y no te lo hubieran marcado en las hojas cuando te entregan el vehiculo. Y bueno, la furgoneta sucia y sin tan siquiera agua en los limpias para poder ver en condiciones. Ah, y la usamos como 60-70 kilometros y en la factura ha llegado como que la hemos usado 265 km ?No es extrano que aparezcan unos 200 km mas en la factura de lo que nosotros la hemos usado y aparezca con una rueda rota? Pues eso. Que a usted tambien se la pueden liar. Elija otra empresa de alquiler de vehiculos...

El camion que alquilamos hizo su papel en la mudanza. Pero el estado del vehiculo dejaba mucho que desear. Muchos elementos rotos, golpes, rozaduras, lleno de polvo de hormigon por dentro, palillos de piruletas en la zona del conductor, el cristal sucio y sin agua en el limpiaparabrisas, me dijeron que el deposito estaba en 3/4 y estaba a poco mas de la mitad (yo lo deje en 3/4 para no buscarme problemas en la entrega), cuando llegue al destino la rueda estaba pinchada (eso si, reconozco que en 40min nos la arreglaron los del seguro que tienen), teniamos cita a las 8:30 y de la cola que habia nos la entregaron 9:15... hizo su papel el camion; pero fui asustado con la devolucion de la fianza porque el vehiculo estaba en tal mal estado que pense que me cobrarian por todo... Yo deje barrido el camion; pero ellos no lo revisan ni lo limpian para la siguiente entrega. El precio deberia ser mas bajo por el servicio que dan.

Estabamos haciendo el viaje hacia Zamora, y justo por Valladolid, a las 18 de la tarde en la via callo una tormenta invernal de locura mucha nieve, los limpia parabrisas se bloquearon la carretera no se veia nada el para brisas derecho se partio salio volando pienso que no pudo moverse adecuadamente con la nieve. No habia ningun lugar donde ir pues fue algo de improvisto que ni las autoridades de seguridad vial sabian que podian ocurrir. Habian coches parados en medio de la carretera por la nieve y para solucionar el viaje y continuar con una mudanza de una familia que se quedaban en la calle si no llegabamos a la casa, pues ya no habia marcha atras en la casa de donde salimos.. la solucion fue pararnos en una estacion y comprar el repuesto, si no lo hubiesemos hecho tal vez se hubiese roto la luna pues el sonido del metal chillando con el cristal era horrible de paso que no puedes andar por ahi asi. Y no podiamos esperar llevar la furgo a su taller debido a que hubiesemos perdido el tiempo que estabamos contrareloj. 15.99 EUR costo la escobilla y como cobran por todo sus servicios les digo. Bueno tengo el ticket a ver si tal vez me abonan esos euritos.. Nada la respuesta fue tenias que llevarlo a un taller. Jaja. Perde km con toda la que caia encima. RESOLVIMOS. Llevalo al taller. Bro que son 15.99 EUR nos da igual pero compartimos la experiencia con todos para que vean con quien contratan sus servicios. Eso si la atencion de la chica del momento del alquiler genial.. Ya via email. Pos nada llevalo a SERVICIO. TECNICO, TU NO RESUELVAS EN UN CASO EXCEPCIONAL AUNQUE EXPLOTE.

Vehiculo en buen estado y practicamente nuevo. La gestion de la chica que me ha atendido siempre que he ido rapida y te resuelve todas las dudas. Hay un buzon de llaves para la devolucion del vehiculo fuera de horario de oficina.

OJO!!! CUIDADO!!! ESTAFADORES!!, LAMENTABLE !!! Me alquilan una furgoneta con los testigos encendidos de aceite al minimo, fallo intermitente y cambiar pastillas de freno. El estado de los neumaticos penoso, al minimo de dibujo y con la banda de rodadura cuarteada. Pinche una rueda, revento, esperando una hora a la grua casi en media de la autovia, no te aconsejan donde cambiarla, (busca un sitio con ese neumatico en stock al mediodia y apanate tu). Les llame y nada, no habia nadie. Ahora me dicen que no les consulte. Total, dia perdido, riesgo para mi y el resto de usuarios de la via y 160EUR de neumatico a mi cargo. Obviamente estan demandados, son unos sinveguenzas!!
