Pues mi primera experiencia con esta casa ha sido pesima. El jueves 21/12/23 entro a la pagina web de rentalplus y solicito un coche de alquiler para el 23/12/23 realizo el pago y hasta ahi todo bien, pasadas unas horas me llaman de rentalplus y me dicen que no hay coches disponibles para las fechas que lo solicite y me dicen que me devolveran el dinero. Hoy jueves 22/12/23 llamo a preguntar que pasa con mi dinero que aun no lo tengo en mi cuenta y me dicen que van a tardar de 24 a 48 horas en devolverme mi dinero, osea no hay coche pero mi dinero me lo retienen casi 3 dias, me parece vergonzoso, despues me llaman y me dicen que finalmente me pueden alquilar un coche de una gama mas alta por el mismo precio, pero claro no me iba a quedar esperando a que algo sucediera y finalmente he alquilado un coche por amovens ( lo recomiendo al 100%) asi que mi primera experiencia con rentalplus ha sido pesima y por eso les puntuo con una estrella que si hubiera menos se las daba.

Today, Thursday, 12/22/23, I called to ask what is happening with my money because I don't have it in my account yet and they tell me that it will take 24 to 48 hours to return my money, I mean there is no car but they are holding my money almost 3 days, it seems embarrassing, then they call me and tell me that they can finally rent me a car from a higher range for the same price, but of course I was not going to wait for something to happen and finally I rented a car for amovens (I recommend it 100%) so my first experience with rentalplus has been terrible and that is why I rate them with a star that if there were less I would give them one.
Delvi eres un maquina muchas gracias por las gestiones realizadas el trato muy bueno despues de 2 dias mareado por otra marca de alquiler de coches Delvi soluciono el problema y nos fuimos muy contentos os lo recomiendo a todos si buscais coche de alquiler vallas a renta plus de Torrejon y pregunteis por Delvi es un maquina y un fuera de serie muchas gracias tio por todo

Alquilamos un coche de ultima hora por una emergencia y Desire nos trato de una forma maravillosa, a pesar incluso de salir mas tarde de su puesto de trabajo. El coche estaba impoluto y viajamos muy comodas.
