Es una verguenza, les he dejado una furgoneta para reparar y resulta que ahora le faltan todos los plasticos a saber donde dejan los vehiculos y les da igual que ese no es su problema si se lo roban teniendola ellos, es problema mio, muy bien gran atencion......

Pongo resena ahora pero esto fue hace un mes, un desastre la mujer no se sabe explicar ni se entera ni vale de comercial para alquiler, al final alquilamos e hicimos el viaje en otro sitio. Una pena de atencion. Le preguntas una cosa y respondia otra, no sabe nunca todo consulta y cuando respondia... mal. No exagero no sabe explicarse ni atiende a lo que le dices. Es lo que hizo nos fueramos a otra empresa de alquiler de caravanas.

A shame of attention. You ask him one thing and he answers another, he never knows everything you ask and when he answers... wrong. I'm not exaggerating, he doesn't know how to explain himself nor does he pay attention to what you tell him. This is what made us go to another caravan rental company.
Alquilamos por primera vez un coche para hacer un viaje largo y la verdad que el trato y la sencillez para gestionarlo todo nos ha sorprendido para bien. En el momento que lo alquilamos habia poca disponibilidad de vehiculos, pero estamos muy contentos con el coche y el precio (algo mas economico que otras empresas). Ademas nos devolvieron la fianza en el mismo dia. Repetiremos en un futuro.
We rented a car for the first time to take a long trip and the truth is that the treatment and simplicity of managing everything has surprised us for the better. At the time we rented it there was little availability of vehicles, but we are very happy with the car and the price (somewhat cheaper than other companies). Fuimos con mi familia para informarnos para alquiler unas caravana estas vacaciones y nos atendio una chica muy simpatica y muy maja. Nos enseno los distintos modelos que tenia y la que mejor se adaptaba a nuestras necesidades . Nos decimos por una y los precios nos parecieron muy ajustados para las fechas que la queriamos . La verdad que el viaje fue fantastico y el trato de 10 ,hasta nos envio un correo con unas rutas cerca de donde ibamos a ir . Sin duda lo recomiendo.

En general, una verguenza. Reservo un coche con 15 dias de antelacion cerrando tipo de vehiculo y precio, y el mismo dia que tengo que recogerlo me confirman por la manana que el vehiculo esta listo para retirarlo antes de las 20:00. Cuando voy a recogerlo me dan uno bastante mas pequeno por el mismo precio. Le digo a la dependienta que no estoy de acuerdo porque no era lo que habia reservado y me responde que "es lo que hay". El tema no quedo ahi pero creo que con esto es suficiente para dejar claro que no se puede confiar en esta compania de alquiler de vehiculos porque no cumplen su palabra. Del trato recibido de la dependienta mejor no comento nada, pero podria, y todo malo.
Overall, a shame. I reserve a car 15 days in advance, specifying the type of vehicle and price, and the same day I have to pick it up, they confirm in the morning that the vehicle is ready to pick up before 8:00 p.m. When I go to pick it up they give me a much smaller one for the same price. I tell the clerk that I don't agree because it wasn't what I had reserved and she replied that "it is what it is." The issue did not end there but I think this is enough to make it clear that this car rental company cannot be trusted because they do not keep their word. I better not comment on the treatment received from the saleswoman, but I could, and it was all bad.
Excelente atencion y gran flexibilidad. Nos dejaron alquilar un gran vehiculo solo el domingo cuando ellos no estaban. Recogimos las llaves un dia antes y todo genial. Tienen una flota de vehiculos nueva y bien cuidada
Excellent attention and great flexibility. They let us rent a large vehicle only on Sunday when they were away. We picked up the keys a day before and everything was great. They have a new and well-maintained fleet of vehicles.
