Muy mala experiencia con Europcar y sobre todo servicio atencion al cliente Europcar Espana. Coche alquilado por una semana de varios anos de antiguedad, con mas de 105.000 kms. Fallos por todos lados y de seguridad graves como defectos en suspension y frenos, entre otros muchos. Lo nunca visto, y llevo anos alquilando con varias companias y por diferentes paises, y jamas me han dado coches con mas de 30/40.000 kms.Se solicita cambio y hacen caso omiso alegando que no tienen. Pongo reclamacion en Europcar Espana, y me mienten a la cara diciendo que se me ofrecio cambiar el coche cuando es totalmente falso y se desentienden del tema. Si hubiera sido asi, no habria puesto reclamacion. Han demostrado que no les importa ni la seguridad del cliente ni su satisfaccion. No volvere a alquilar con ellos.
Very bad experience with Europcar and especially Europcar Spain customer service. Car rented for a week that is several years old, with more than 105,000 km. An exchange is requested and they ignore it, claiming that they don't have any. I file a claim with Europcar Spain, and they lie to my face saying that they offered to exchange the car when it is completely false and they ignore the issue. If that had been the case, I would not have filed a complaint. They have shown that they do not care about customer safety or satisfaction. I will not rent with them again.
Son muy amables, pero en mi caso no han podido ayudarme, necesito una furgoneta y a pesar de que en su descripcion la ofrecen, en esta oficina al menos no disponen nada mas que de turismos. Una pena ya que me habia guiado por las resenas para poder alquilar.
They are very kind, but in my case they have not been able to help me, I need a van and although they offer it in their description, at least in this office they do not have anything other than passenger cars. A shame since I had been guided by the reviews to be able to rent.
