El pasado 24 de diciembre, tenia un reserva d una furgoneta con estos impresentables a las 12h que habia reservado semanas antes, y me dejaron tirado, no presentandose NADIE en esa oficina en toda la manana, hasta las 13h q tenia como horario d cierre. No recibi ningun tipo d aviso, por telefono, ni email, de la cancelacion d la reserva. Habiendo mas personas alli presentes, que se vieron afectadas igualmentw. Un cero pars vosotros, por vuestra falta d verguenza y profesuonalidad, ojala la marca os quite la concesion y/o franquicia.
Last December 24, I had a reservation for a van with these unpresentable people at 12:00 that I had reserved weeks before, and they left me stranded, NO ONE showing up at that office all morning, until 1:00 p.m., which was the closing time. I did not receive any type of notice, by phone or email, of the cancellation of the reservation. There were more people present, who were also affected. A zero for you, for your lack of shame and professionalism, I hope the brand takes away your concession and/or franchise.
Buenos dias , muy mala experiencia con ellos No me informaron en ningun momento que la oficina de torrejon de arroz estaria cerrada el sabado por la manana Entrego el vehiculo sobre las 12:30 de la manana y mi sorpresa es que no hay nadie para recibir el vehiculo , Dias despues me cobran un cargo porque dicen que el vehiculo se quedo encendido y mi pregunta es y si al vehiculo le hubiera pasado algo dentro de sus instalaciones despues de dejarlo tambien me lo cobraria al no tener ningun personal que lo recibiera Respecto al personal de la oficina que me atendio por tf no tuvo una explicacion logica o con sentido comun solo sabia decir que ellos tambien tienen derecho a descansar Muy mala experiencia

Muy buena experiencia con esta oficina, desde el momento de la reserva, nos han facilitado todos los tramites. Los chicos de la oficina muy eficaces y amables y todo ha salido como lo previsto. Volveremos a reservar con ellos cuando necesitemos. Un saludo

Muy contento en general. Buen trato. Me ayudaron mucho por el chat de whatsup y recibi un audi q2 cuando esperaba un seat. Ademas me devolvieron las llaves y el cargador que me olvide dentro del coche al devolver el vehiculo. Muy recomendables.

Muy mala experiencia. Tuve un pequeno roce y me cobraron mas de 1100 EUR Primera irregularidad: Me cobran el doble de alquiler de lo presupuestado. La reparacion es de menos de un dia, pero me cobran 4 dias de paralizacion como si lo estuviera usando a precio de alquiler asi cualquiera .... Un desproposito. Tambien me cobran 100 EUR de gestion (sera mala gestion). Muy insatisfecho. No volvere a contratar esta empresa
Very bad experience. I had a small friction and they charged me more than EUR1,100. First irregularity: They charged me double the rent than what was budgeted. The repair takes less than a day, but they charge me for 4 days of downtime as if I were using it at a rental price like that.... A nonsense. They also charge me EUR100 for management (it will be bad management). Very unsatisfied. I will not hire this company again
