My experience with this rental car company was extremely disappointing. Despite having a reservation, I was informed upon arrival that they had overbooked and didn't have a car available for me. The staff suggested that I wait until they could find me a car at another location, which I agreed to do. After waiting for four hours with no updates, I was informed that they were unable to find me a car. Throughout the experience, the staff were rude and unhelpful. I remained calm, polite, and respectful, yet they treated me like I had done something wrong. Overall, I would not recommend this rental car company based on my experience..

When contacted, they said that there is a car with an automatic transmission. asked to wait 45 minutes. after more than an hour they wrote that there is no car with an automatic transmission. to the offer then to provide with a manual box, they answered that they didn't either. as a result, wasted time and a disrupted trip

We rented a van to take food to Valencia, he informed me if I can cancel after finding a much cheaper company. The answer is no. The girl at the office was only interested in getting the money out of me in services for 3 days ( 400 rental, 152 to have unlimited kilometers) two days later I notice that they charge me the deposit, 221 for a tow truck to come and fix a puncture! !!! Super happy with the boy (Ramon) and the girl (Macarena) who helped me. Very professional as the top of a pine tree, I dont rent in any other office other than the one in Tomares. Every week I picked up a car or van. Enterprise is the best rental house in the world. I recommend it one hundred percent.
