Me Dan un coche con una rueda baja de aire, fui a los diez minutos a decirselo, me hincharon la rueda sin comprobar si estaba pinchada o no. Al dia siguiente otra vez baja de aire. Me dicen que lleve el coche y me lo cambian y me cobran la gasolina gastada por ir a cambiarlo. Lo veo una verguenza
They gave me a car with a low tire, I went ten minutes later to tell them, they inflated my tire without checking if it was flat or not. The next day the wind is down again. They tell me to bring the car and they change it for me and they charge me for the gasoline used to go change it. I see it as a shame

Experiencia muy buena.Recogi el vehiculo en Bilbao y lo deposite en Toledo.Como era sabado y la oficina de Toledo estaba cerrada tienen habilitado un buzon para las llaves .Muy comodo.Me deje olvidadas 2 sudaderas en el coche. ( vivo fuera de Toledo) y el mismo lunes llame a la oficina y Laura me ayudo con la gestion del servicio de mensajeria.Muchas gracias Laura!! Super atenta y muy profesional.Al de dos dias me devolvieron la fianza . Rapidisimo.Volvere a utilizar el servicio que presta Europcar.
Very good experience. I picked up the vehicle in Bilbao and left it in Toledo. As it was Saturday and the Toledo office was closed, they have a mailbox enabled for the keys. Very convenient. I left 2 sweatshirts forgotten in the car. (I live outside of Toledo) and on Monday I called the office and Laura helped me manage the courier service. Thank you very much Laura!! Super attentive and very professional. Two days later they returned my deposit. Very fast. I will use the service provided by Europcar again.

I ordered a smaller car (VW Polo or similar) but was offered a Skoda Karoq, which I didn't want. Plus, I was under the impression that the technician was trying to offer me a Karoq at an extra cost. In the end though, apparently no other car was available, so there was no choice but to take it. The car had several damages, the most serious to me was a cracked windshield. The takeover procedure itself went quite well, but I didn't feel the customer care was of a high standard.
I signed up for a manual transmission basic car and ended up with an automatic "premium" car that I got charged extra for. I should have checked with the contract more closely but still, I think they charged me for something I did not sign up for.
Excellent service. The car indicated that it needed oil and the lady at the counter, Jumped out of the counter and took care of the car. Bravo!
Was charged 250 for a scratch that was on the car when I got it.
