Take pics of car before you pull off!! If I didn't have pictures of my own they were going to get me!! Trying to file an insurance claim for same scratches over and over is insurance fraud.. And read that janky contract!! Lawsuit!

They need to update their hours online and on the Enterprise website. I was able to reserve a car for 12:30pm Saturday pickup online and when I arrived they were closed. The hours on the door stated they closed at noon. What a waste of time
I made a reservation for a compact car and because they accepted a reservation for a car they didn't have they wanted me to pay more because they only had SUVs when it's not my fault they didn't have the car I made a reservation for. And then asked if I wanted to wait around to see if someone returned a compact car before they closed in the next 10 mins.
The 14th St. location is my favorite location to rent a car from. It's close to home, the staff is always friendly and very accommodating! The vehicle I reserved this time wasn't available but I received a nice upgrade without extra cost. And because I'm a frequent customer, my discount with them is better than using my AARP benefits somewhere else! Keep up the great customer service!!
Great experience at the 13th Street branch in Toledo. I appreciated the extra communication effort about my rental and giving me the best option for my travel needs. I even forgot my phone charger and they lent me one. Chris was particularly outstanding.
I hope you never have to experience the total loss of your vehicle, but if you do, then hopefully you'll be lucky enough to work with the enterprise team in downtown Toledo. Getting my rental was as seamless as it should be. Paul was super helpful in making sure I did not go without a vehicle. Communication was great as well. They made me aware that the insurance wanted the vehicle back earlier than expected. I heard from enterprise before I heard from the insurance. Big thanks for making a terrible situation a little less terrible.
