Car was clean but would not recommend agents at this location. Went to pick up my reservation made by insurance company and told them I wanted smallest vehicle possible. They gave me an SUV and charged me for the upgrade. Agents felt pushy and scammy about what I was actually being charged after already being stressed from totaling my car and just trying to get a rental quickly.
I appreciate the service and the patience of help throughout the whole rental experience, I'm glad Enterprise rental exists. Thanks for a great experience
The rental agents were courteous, and I was in my rental car within a timely manner. They went above average to provide me with an excellent customer experience.
I enjoyed most of the services of dealing with Enterprise. The worst experience was in trying to actually talk with a representative at my rental location. I would be on hold for awhile and then the call would just drop. Then when I called again, it went somewhere out of state with a return promise call that never happened. I returned the car to a different local Enterprise location where there were at least 5 employees who were much more helpful. While this 2nd location was further from my home, I will use them in the future if necessary.
Needed to rent a car for a few days and Enterprise was the way to go. Reserved an Economy car on the website the night before, which they upgraded for me for the same price since there weren't any Economy rentals available the next morning. I was really happy with the vehicle, and the whole process was fast and straightforward. Unfortunately, I didn't get any names, but the two staff members who helped me were kind, respectful, professional and helpful. All questions and concerns were answered with ease. It was a seamless experience and I'd definitely use Enterprise again, especially this location.
They never have the vehicle you reserved. They call you the day before to confirm and you show up literally before the open their door (so they don't give you car away to someone who didn't have a reservation because it has happened in front of my eyes more then once)and as soon as you give them you info they go oh we don't have anything that you reserved even though the day before the person said they would have what you reserved. Only 3 time in the past 4 years have they had what we reserved. We reserve cars about 4 times a year. Then they try to stick you in a so-called SUV and argue with you that it's the same size as a full size vehicle when it's not because I own a full size vehicle myself. We really wanted to prove a point and measure the inside of the vehicle they gave us compared to the full size car that we have. Turns out the inside of my full size car and trunk or twice the size of the SUV. It very frustrating when you spend almost $1000 to rent something you didn't reserve. Think we will try somewhere new next time..
I would love to give 0 star. I booked a reservation online for 3 days of rental car. Online booking was confirmed. As I arrived at location to pick up a car, service advisor said there is no car available. He said he was trying to call me to inform but I couldn't receive any call. What type of service is this?
I was set up with the perfect car until my car was fixed. The whole process was great from beginning to end. The customer service was also excellent. At one point, I did have to switch cars, but the second was just as good as the first.
