Watch the hours at the Toledo car center. I arrived late, but was very fortunate that a team member came back and helped us out. Their hours are only until 1:00pm on sunday. Anyway, they were very helpful and kind. Then, at drop off Mai welcomed us back and had us directed to the terminal in just a couple of minutes. Overall a great experience.

We arrived after having our car reserved for weeks and when we got there not only there was no one for over half an hour, and a line of people waiting, but also they simply DID NOT had our car (which was reserved!!!)

Honestly one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had trying to rent a car. They do not have any to rent, which they will not tell you on the phone. I called twice and both times, when I asked if anyone spoke English, they told me to wait, there was loud beeping, and then I was hung up on. I finally walked down from old city in Toledo (30 min walk) only to find the office lights on but the door locked. There was a number on the door I called and the person who answered spoke no English and when I asked to rent a car in Spanish, he told me there were no cars. I had picked Enterprise because of the name recognition, but this experience has ruined them for me.

REGRETTABLE was the treatment we received in the Toledo office. For two months I had a reservation for a luxury grand tourer for Saturday the 5th, preferably a Mercedes C class since it was my sons WEDDING and the car was to take the groom and Godmothers to the altar. When I showed up to pick up the vehicle, the person in charge of the store told me that he DOES NOT have the vehicle or any high-end one and he only gave us the option of taking a Golf...........it was humiliating how he already responded to me who told me what was in front of the rest of the clients, after several words in a high tone he gave me the option of going for a high-end vehicle to Madrid... 80 km away from my location... ........Evidently we didnt go and I chose to rent the vehicle at EUROPCAR, which solved the problem for me. I have been renting with Enterprise for more than 10 years, both personally and with my companies, and I regret to tell you that this fact means that I will NEVER use Enterprise again for any rental, in fact, I will recommend all my contacts to do the same.

Llevo mas de 10 anos alquilando en Enterprise tanto a titulo personal como con mis empresas y lamento decirles que este hecho hace que NUNCA mas recurra a enterprise para ningun alquiler, es mas, recomendare a todos mis contactos que hagan lo mismo.

Well, after renting 2 vans in this same office, I must say that there is very very good customer service, if you want to extend the rental they manage it quickly, and I must highlight the attention of a young Argentine worker who solved some problems for me very quickly .
