El viernes 24 llame pq necesitaba una furgoneta para el fin de semana. Me atendio por telefono un chico que se llamaba Luis pero que me ayudaba. A los 10' me llamo que habia encontrado una en otra sede. Pongo la resena pq me da gusto cada vez que doy con alguien que se esfuerza por hacer bien su trabajo.

I put the review because it makes me happy every time I find someone who makes an effort to do their job well.
Me dieron el coche con un cuarto de gasolina y le he tenido q hacer el lleno por q han apuntado como q me lo dieron lleno,error mio tb por no haber mirado alli ,la chica q me atendio no hiso el minimo esfuerzo en intentar darme una solucion me siento enganada y estafada

Una estrella porque no me deja poner 0. Tras alquilar un vehiculo, del cual me indicaron un precio, me han cobrado el doble. Me indican que es que me retrase en la entrega y que me cobran un dia mas. Extremo que no se contempla en el contrato (en cuanto a entrega tardia) y que tampoco fue explicado por ellos. Les pido la factura y tampoco. Os recomiendo que no alquileis en esta empresa
One star because it won't let me put a 0. After renting a vehicle, for which they gave me a price, they charged me double. They tell me that I was late in delivery and that they are charging me for an extra day. An extreme that is not contemplated in the contract (regarding late delivery) and that was not explained by them either. I ask them for the invoice and they don't either. I recommend that you do not rent from this company
Recomendable 100%, excelente trato y atencion, se adaptan a tus necesidades, son flexibles, es mi compania de alquiler y oficina de referencia, por trabajo necesito coger cada semana un vehiculo y siempre cumplen con las expectativas, superando las incluso, no lo dudes si necesitas alquilar un vehiculo en Toledo. A esto le acompana su ubicacion, en el centro, en el parking de los juzgados. Muchas gracias!!! Los empleados de 10, o mas!! De verdad si los eliges, no te arrepentiras!!!

Necesitabamos una furgoneta de 9 plazas, despues de llamar a mas empresas de alquieres y comprobar que era tarea casi imposible, contacte con Maria. Y sin ningun problema me soluciono el problema, solicito una furgoneta a Madrid y por fin pudimos disfrutar de nuestro viaje todos juntos. Gracias por el buen servicio.
